General: The close of kennels was delayed approximately 10mins by order of stewards under rule R31(3) to afford trainer Steve Woods the opportunity to arrive on-course after being held up in traffic behind a reported accident on the Centenary Motorway/Western Freeway.

Race 1 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND NOVICE | 520m
3 Typhoon Mae – clipped on the heels by Bockie Magic and lost ground when rounding the turn through to the home straight.
6 Brockie Magic – steadied off heels momentarily when rounding the turn into the back straight. Improved onto the heels of Typhoon Mae when rounding the turn through to the home straight, checked outwards, and lost ground.
8 Light My Flyer – very slow to begin. Raced wide for most of the event.
Race 2 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE MA5 | 520m
2 Sir Pantsalot – checked off heels and lost ground through the first turn. Bumped on the hindquarter by Premier Sticka when rounding the home turn and became momentarily unbalanced.
3 Shian Cody – bumped with Morris The Great and was momentarily hampered shortly at the start.
4 Morris The Great – bumped with Shian Cody and was momentarily hampered shortly at the start. Bumped with Spring Chatter and lost ground in the front straight.
5 Spring Chatter – tightened for room shortly after the start when Premier Sticka shifted inwards resulting in Spring Chatter to bump with Morris The Great, check and lose ground. Checked off heels when entering the first turn and lost ground.
6 Backcreek Bandit – tightened for room, checked out across heels, and lost ground shortly after the start.
7 Premier Sticka – shifted inwards shortly after the start hampering runners to its inside. Improved onto the hindquarters of Sir Pantsalot when rounding the home turn and lost ground.
Race 3 - FORMULA INTERIORS GRADE 5 (1) | 710m
7 Financial Tarra – slow to begin.
Race 4 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY GRADE 5 (2) | 710m
1 Smart Lilly – tightened for room when rounding the turn into the front straight on the first occasions, then checked out across heels and collided with It’s A Trick, resulting in Smart Lilly to lose ground.
2 It's A Trick – collided with Smart Lilly, which shifted outwards when rounding the turn into the front straight on the first occasion, resulting in It’s A Trick to be taken out onto and clipped on the heels by Aristocratic Gal, and was subsequently severely checked and lost considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities.
4 Power Point Diva – tightened for room and momentarily hampered when rounding the first turn.
7 Aristocratic Gal – clipped the heels of It’s A Trick, which was dictated outwards when rounding the turn into the front straight on the first occasion, resulting in Aristocratic Gal to be severely checked, losing its footing, and falling, then taking no further part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a concussion with the greyhound being issued a 10 day stand down. Stewards advised trainer Tom Tzouvelis a veterinary certificate of soundness would be required prior to the greyhound racing again.
8 Javens – marginally slow to begin.
Race 5 - FABREGAS @ METICULOUS LODGE MIXED 4/5 | 600m
1 Lucky Duke – tightened for room, checked, and lost ground through the first turn and continued to lose ground through the front straight till no longer being competitive in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a tear to the offside hind back muscle and the greyhound was issued a 28 day stand down. Trainer Noel Murdoch was advised the greyhound must complete a solo steward’s trial and veterinary examination prior to racing.
3 Hard Marker – marginally slow to begin. Checked through the first turn and lost ground.
7 Shorino – marginally slow to begin. Checked through the first turn and lost ground.
8 Bella Babe - checked through the first turn and lost ground.
Race 6 - SKY RACING GRADE 5 (1) | 520m
1 Hope's King – best to begin.
3 Battle – bumped on the hindquarters by High Order when leaving the back straight.
4 Ha Ha Lucky – shifted outwards on the home turn and bumped High Order.
5 High Order – bumped the hindquarters of Battle when leaving the back straight. Bumped by Ha Ha Lucky on the home turn.
6 In And Out – marginally slow to begin.
7 Misty Haze – momentarily hampered when tightened for room when approaching the first turn.
Race 7 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE MIXED 4/5 | 520m
3 Boscono – bumped and momentarily hampered shortly after the start. Checked off heels and lost ground entering the first turn.
4 Kiss And Spin – bumped and momentarily hampered shortly after the start.
5 Vesper Bale – bumped and momentarily hampered shortly after the start.
6 Lucky Jock – buffeted between runners when entering the first turn and was momentarily hampered.
7 Sky's The Limit – tightened for room, then checked out across heels, and lost ground shortly after the start.
Race 8 - TAB - VENUE MODE 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 | 520m
2 Paint Face – checked out across heels, bumped with Extra Malt, and lost ground when rounding the turn into the back straight. Bumped by Extra Malt over the concluding stages and lost ground.
3 Cash Stack – tightened for room, checked, and lost ground when approaching the first turn.
4 Fernando Beach – bumped with Rochill Lady at the start.
5 Rochill Lady – bumped with Rochill Lady at the start.
7 Extra Malt – bumped by Paint Face when rounding the turn into the back straight. Shifted out from behind heels when entering the home straight and bumped Paint Face on several occasions over the concluding stages.
Race 9 - ASSET BODY CORPORATE BRIBIE ISLAND BEST 8 | 520m
2 It Ain't Billy – checked out clipping heels of Magical Hope when entering the home straight, and then collided with Magical Bill, resulting in It Ain’t Billy to be severely checked and lose ground. Bumped with More Than Magic over the concluding stages.
4 Magical Hope – clipped on the heels when entering the home straight and lost ground.
5 More Than Magic - bumped with It Ain’t Billy over the concluding stages.
7 Magical Bill – collided with It Ain’t Billy, which shifted outwards when entering the home straight, and lost momentum.
Race 10 - SENNACHIE @ STUD - STEVE WHITE GRADE 5 (2) | 520m
2 Stormy Shari – declared a late scratching at 9:16pm under veterinary advice when the greyhound was found upon retrieval from the kennels prior to the race to have a laceration to the mouth and under kennel stress. The greyhound was issued a 10 day stand down.
5 Peltzer – bumped with Payton Keeping through the front straight and became momentarily unbalanced. Checked out off heels and collided with Dynamite Cyndie when entering the first turn and lost ground. Checked off heels when rounding the first turn and lost ground.
6 Payton Keeping – bumped with Strike Her Pose shortly after the start, became momentarily unbalanced and lost ground. Bumped with Payton Keeping through the front straight and became momentarily unbalanced. Galloped on the heels by Strike Her Pose when leaving the back straight and lost ground.
7 Strike Her Pose – bumped with Payton Keeping shortly after the start. Buffeted between runners when rounding the first turn and became momentarily hampered. Bumped and lost ground shortly after when rounding the turn into the back straight. Improved onto the heels of Payton Keeping when leaving the back straight and lost ground. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities.
8 Dynamite Cyndie – collided with Peltzer, which shifted outwards when entering the first turn, and lost ground.
Race 11 - ORSON ALLEN @ STUD GRADE 5 (3) | 520m
1 Hopeful Bella – tightened for room, checked, and lost ground when rounding the turn out of the front straight. Severely checked and lost ground when rounding the turn into the back straight.
2 Golden Crest – tightened for room, severely checked, and lost ground when rounding the turn out of the front straight. Raced wide most of the event.
3 Big Boy Benji – tightened for room, checked, and lost ground when approaching the first turn. Tightened for room, checked, and lost ground when entering the back straight.
4 Mumma's Machine
5 Federal Estate – buffeted between runners when rounding the turn out of the front straight and lost ground.
6 Ritza Dot – slow to begin. Severely checked and lost ground when rounding the turn into the back straight. Checked off heels when rounding the home turn.
7 Rocket Way – slow to begin. Checked off heels when rounding the turn into the back straight.
8 Dreamy Dan – marginally slow to begin. Checked out across heels over the concluding stages.
