Race 4 - MOLLY CAMPBELL SILVER DOLLARS HEAT 1 OPEN 520m

1 Indictment – Checked rounding the first turn.

2 Waypoint Whisky – Checked rounding the first turn. Rounding the home turn, turned its head out, shifted out colliding with Sunburst. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have injured its offside wrist and was stood down from racing for 14 days. Stewards spoke to handler M Burman regarding the greyhound's racing manners rounding the home turn. After viewing the video footage, the handler’s submission and the veterinary report, stewards invoked GAR 69B(1)(a) failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). The greyhound must complete a trial to the satisfaction of the stewards prior to racing next but only after the 14 days stand down period has expired

6 Davey Fawner – Checked rounding the first turn.
