Race 1 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE MAIDEN HEAT 1 MAIDEN 2 395m

2 Scoots First – Tightened for racing room rounding the turn off the back straight and collided with the running rail losing considerable ground. Dragged down from behind by another runner approaching the home turn and was severely checked losing ground. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

3 Just Barney – Checked off the heels of another runner leaving the first turn. Improved onto the heels of another runner approaching the home turn and fell taking no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed an injury to the offside hock and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

8 Masked Blazer – Ran wide through the home turn.

Race 2 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 2 395m

1 Six Schooners – Checked across the heels of another runner approaching the home turn. Shifted out rounding the home turn and collided heavily with another runner becoming momentarily unbalanced.

2 Bedrock Barney – Bumped with another rounding the home turn and became momentarily unbalanced.

4 Uncle Charlie – Bumped with another runner several times shortly after the start.

5 Time To Enjoy - Bumped with another runner rounding the home turn and became momentarily unbalanced.

7 Little Flush - Bumped with another runner several times shortly after the start.

8 Where's Jamie – Bumped heavily by another runner rounding the home turn and severely checked losing considerable ground.

Race 3 - ASSET BODY CORPORATE BRIBIE ISLAND MAIDEN HEAT 3 MAIDEN 2 395m

1 Bob Albury – Shifted out leaving the first turn and was severely checked losing considerable ground. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed an injury to the offside pin muscle and stood down from racing for 10 days.

3 Get A Shout – Bumped by another runner several times leaving the first turn and was severely checked losing ground.

4 Born To Lead – Checked across the heels of another runner rounding the home turn.

2 Pretty Witch – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.
