6 Dying Bryan Raced wide at the turn after the back straight and lost ground.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities.

8 Little Zara Checked at the first turn and lost ground.  Checked off heels at the turn after the back straight and lost ground.

Race 2 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND NOVICE (1) 2 395m

1 Farmor Alfa's Checked at the first turn and lost ground.

2 Mr. Murphy Checked at the first turn and lost ground.  Checked in the back straight and lost ground.

3 Memory Lane Checked at the first turn and lost ground.

5 Heslea Slow to begin.  Severely checked in the back straight and lost ground.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities

7 In No Rush Very slow to begin.  Checked in the back straight and lost ground.  Stewards spoke to Trainer C Kratzmann regarding the greyhounds slow beginning.  After viewing all available footage stewards elected not to take any action against the greyhound but will closely monitor its box manners in future starts.  Trainer C Kratzmann told stewards he intended on giving the greyhound a let up and would endeavour to start the greyhound at a different track for its next engagement.
