3 Little Flush - Severely checked on the first turn. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have a back strain injury and has been stood down for 10 days.

5 Nurse Meg – Bumped with another runner soon after the start.

6 Lucius Malfoy – Bumped with another runner soon after the start, checked off heels entering the home straight.

8 Looks Easy - Severely checked and fell on the first turn. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

9 Makes Me Hum (7) – Bumped with another runner soon after the start, severely checked on the first turn. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

7 Dundee Jazz – Faulted in its action on the first turn and took no further competitive part in the race. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed a near hind back muscle injury the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 28 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next. Trainer representative Mr A Dillon advised the greyhound will now be retired.

Stewards spoke to trainer Mr T Brett in regards to the greyhounds performance tonight, Mr Brett stated that he was happy with the run under the circumstances and believes the greyhound performs better when racing further forward or in less constricted room, stewards noted his submissions.

Trainer Mr J Hill advised the greyhound will now be retired.
