3 Diamond For Evie – Checked in the first turn. Severely checked rounding the home turn.

4 Tahini Star – Checked leaving the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Stewards spoke to A Hagicostas, the trainer of Tahini Star regarding the greyhound’s racing manners over the concluding stages.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69A(1) Tahini Star was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment.  Tahini Star was suspended for 28 days at Albion Park and must perform a satisfactory trial prior to racing again.
