General: Stewards delayed all clear for race 8 to review the photo finish for first place. After reviewing the judge’s photo, Stewards were comfortably satisfied that no margin could be established between Summer’s Queen and Hope Sure Can and therefore all clear was given on the judge’s semaphored numbers of a dead heat between 1 and 6.

Race 1 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE MAIDEN HEAT 1 MAIDEN 331m

2 Duelling Banjos – Slow to begin.

3 Not Right – Improved onto the heels of another runner leaving the first turn and was checked losing ground.

7 Craig's Cruisin' – Slow to begin. Bumped by another runner rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground. Raced wide approaching the home turn and throughout the remainder of the event.

Race 2 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 331m

1 Got Issues – Checked off the heels of another runner shortly after the start. Bumped heavily with another runner rounding the first turn and was severely checked, almost falling. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

4 Sent From Heaven – Slow to begin. Bumped heavily with another runner rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.

5 What A Nose – Raced wide through the first turn.

10 Whiskey Diva (2) – Checked off the heels of another runner approaching the home turn.

Race 3 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY MAIDEN HEAT 3 MAIDEN 331m

3 Beyond Help – Raced wide through the home turn. Bumped with another runner at the top of the home straight and became momentarily unbalanced.

7 Alpha Duke – Raced wide through the home turn and throughout the remainder of the event.

9 Wise Girl (6) – Bumped with another runner at the top of the home straight and became momentarily unbalanced.

Race 4 - SENNACHIE AT STUD - STEVE WHITE NOVICE (1) 331m

2 Calm Sea – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and was checked losing ground. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

4 Starlight Blaze – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and was checked losing ground.

8 Spider Mccool – Slow to begin.

Race 5 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE NOVICE (2) 331m

1 Queen Of Cakes – Marginally slow to begin.

2 Boom One Down – Shifted out and bumped with another runner approaching the home turn.

3 Scoots First – Checked off the heels of another runner approaching the home turn.

5 Life's A Vision – Raced wide through the home turn and throughout the remainder of the event.

6 Raine – Bumped with another runner rounding the home turn.

7 Mistletoe Magic – Slow to begin. Bumped with another runner rounding the home turn.

8 He's Got Gossip – Marginally slow to begin.

Race 6 - WALLOON SALOON HOTEL NOVICE (3) 331m

2 Mad As – Bumped by another runner leaving the first turn and was checked losing ground.

3 Farmor Wary – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn.

4 Poker Alice – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and was checked losing ground. 

7 Angry Firestorm – Slow to begin.

Race 7 - TAB - LONG MAY WE PLAY MIXED 3/4 331m

1 He's Smoking – Dragged down by another runner leaving the first turn and was severely checked losing ground. Bumped with another runner rounding the home turn.

2 Chad Sure Can – Improved onto the heels of another runner leaving the first turn and was checked losing ground.

3 Gogo Gidget – Bumped with another runner rounding the home turn.

7 Cribb Island Boy – Raced wide through the home turn. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed an injury to the offside hip support and was stood down from racing for 7 days.

Race 8 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE MIXED 1/2 331m

2 Classy Zoro – Clipped on the heels by another runner rounding the first turn and was checked.

3 Double Ace – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and was checked losing ground. Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and fell, taking no further competitive part in the race. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

5 Jess Sure Can – Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.

9 Mumma's Girl (7) – Bumped heavily by another runner rounding the first turn and was severely checked losing considerable ground.

Race 9 - SELL YOUR CAR @ MOTORHUB GRADE 4 331m

2 Sunset Matilda – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn.

5 Ha Ha Lucky – Tightened for racing room on the home turn and was severely checked losing considerable ground.

6 Chidobe – Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and was checked.

8 Peanut Crumble – Checked off the heels of another runner approaching the first turn.

Race 10 - MARBURG PUB 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 331m

1 Grand Sam – Clipped on the heels by another runner rounding the first turn and was checked. Bumped several times with another runner in the home straight.

2 Where's The Pub – Bumped several times with another runner in the home straight.

6 Samson Brockie – Raced wide out of the first turn and into the front straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

7 Tonight – Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and was checked.

Race 11 - STINGER NOIR @ SIRES ON ICE 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 331m

2 Maryann's Memory – Dragged down from behind by another runner rounding the first turn and fell, taking no further competitive part in the race. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

3 Farmor Users – Took a few awkward strides when trying to avoid the fallen runner rounding the first turn.

5 Light My Flyer – Improved onto the heels of anther runner rounding the first turn and was severely checked losing considerable ground. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed an injury to the offside hip support and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

6 Lenny's Chevy – Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and was severely checked losing considerable ground. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 12 - BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ BRISGREYS 5TH GRADE HEAT 3 GRADE 5 331m

2 Tuta Mimosa – Tightened for racing room at the top of the home straight and was checked. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed bruising to the offside calf muscle and was stood down from racing for 7 days.

5 Double Alias – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and was checked.

6 Travis's Lauryn – Fell just after the winning post when pulling up after the race. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed injuries to both wrists and was stood down from racing for 7 days.

8 Black Idol – Slow to begin.
