General: Today’s meeting was changed to finish on lure due to safety concerns as a result of the high winds. This change was broadcast to all participants on course and to the public via social media.

1 Spirit Fever – Checked off heels rounding the turn out of the back straight.

2 Miss Slimm – Checked off heels rounding the turn into the back straight. Shifted wider and checked off heels rounding the turn into the home straight.

3 Boyce's Choice – Raced wide rounding the turn into the home straight and during the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities.

8 Swift Rascal – Inconvenienced and forced wide rounding the turn into the home straight.

RACE 2 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 2 395M

1 Out Of Turmoil – Checked rounding the turn into the back straight. Checked off heels rounding the turn out of the back straight. Shifted wider and checked off heels rounding the turn into the home straight.   

2 Nifty Bale – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start.

3 Yuko Blaq – Checked off heels rounding the turn out of the back straight.

6 Lord Yuri – Checked in the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities.

1 Kaypat World – Checked off heels rounding the turn into the back straight.

1 Hay You Beast – Bumped with another runner and was checked shortly after the start.

1 Shipwreck – Bumped with another runner and was checked in the early stages of the front straight.

3 Canefield Queen – Tightened for racing room and was checked in the back straight. Bumped another runner and was forced wide rounding the turn into the home straight.

5 Morning Mocha – Tightened for racing room and was checked rounding the turn out of the back straight. Bumped with another runner rounding the turn into the home straight.

7 Kayak – Checked off heels in the back straight.

8 Smart Houdini – Faltered in its stride rounding the turn into the home straight appearing injured. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to its near side pin and was stood down from racing for ten (10) days.

1 Deb's Blue Boy – Checked off heels rounding the turn out of the back straight.

2 Zabdon La Miesha – Tightened for racing room and was checked shortly after the start. Checked off heels in the back straight.
