6 Mexican Bandit Checked at the end of the front straight.  Shifted out and turned its head outwards at the first turn.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities. Charged under Gar 124 Failing to pursue first offence stood down for 28 days at Albion Park and must complete a successful stewards trial prior to nomination.

7 Lord Yuri Checked at the first turn and lost ground.

8 Hostile Assassin Slow to begin.

Race 2 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE NOVICE (2) 520m

1 Hello Cyndie Checked at the turn after the back straight.

3 Pokie Jackpot Steward’s spoke to Trainer Peter O’Reilly regarding the seeming improved performance of the greyhound.  Mr O’Reilly stated that he had not changed anything with regard to greyhounds training and put the improved performance down to the fact that greyhound jumped quickly tonight and lead when the usual pattern of the greyhound is to jump moderately.  Stewards noted Mr O’Reilly’s comments.
