General: The start of the race meeting was delayed by a severe weather event.

Race 1 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE MAIDEN HEAT 1 MAIDEN 331m

1 Hello Lynda Slow to begin. Checked entering the turn out of the back straight.

5 Icy Hot Severely checked and fell entering the turn into the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the near side pin muscle, 10 days stand down from racing.

6 Burnt Jam Slow to begin.

7 Comical Rose Checked entering the turn out of the back straight.

Race 2 - TAB - VENUE MODE MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 331m

1 Top Trip Pam Bumped entering the home straight.

5 Comical Warren Tightened for room shortly after the start. Bumped entering the home straight.

6 Mia Grace Tightened for room shortly after the start.

Race 3 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN HEAT 3 MAIDEN 331m

3 Tiny Zambora Severely checked entering the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the near side pin, 7 days stand down from racing.

Race 11 - CARINA LEAGUES CLUB 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 331m

3 Sky Parade Checked shortly after the start.

4 Noaki Nipper Checked shortly after the start.

5 Broccolini Pete Checked approaching the turn out of the back straight.

Race 12 - BRISGREYS.COM 5TH GRADE HEAT 3 GRADE 5 331m

5 Shebop Checked shortly after the start. Dragged down by another runner rounding the turn out of the back straight. 

6 Spell Check Checked shortly after the start. Improved upon the heels of another runner and commenced to give ground, rounding the turn out of the back straight.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the near hind leg, 90 days stand down from racing and trial required prior to racing next. This matter will be reviewed by the Greyhound Racing Injury Panel.
