Race 1 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN (1) 2 520m

2 Just Like Honey Turned its head to inside, away from the lure, shifted in and bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Checked off heels rounding the turn into the back straight. Dragged down entering the turn out of the back straight. Turned its head to the outside and shifted out running wide entering the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury.

Stewards spoke to trainer’s representative Noel Evans, the representative of Just like Honey regarding the greyhound’s racing manners shortly after the start and entering the home straight.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 124(1) Just like Honey was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Just like Honey was found guilty. As this was (greyhounds) 1^st offence the greyhound was suspended for (28 days at Albion Park and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 124(1), before any future nomination will be accepted.

3 Nothing Matters Checked shortly after the start. Checked rounding the turn into the back straight. Shifted out rounding the turn into the home straight.

4 Blue Haze Checked shortly after the start.

6 Titanium Gunn Checked shortly after the start. Took an awkward step passing the middle of the home straight.

7 Money Tears late scratching, injury, 10 days. GAR 92(2) TAB - 4:45pm

8 Nana Rooney Shifted in and collided with several runners shortly after the start. Checked off heels entering the turn into the back straight.

Race 3 - CARINA LEAGUES CLUB GRADE 5 2 331m

4 Queen Of Samson Tightened for room entering the back straight.

5 Leaping Lucille Tightened for room entering the back straight. Bumped on several occasions rounding the turn out of the back straight.

7 Knick Knack Mac Marginally slow to begin. Bumped on several occasions rounding the turn out of the back straight.
