5 Galway Phoenix – Slow to begin.

Race 2 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 2 520m

1 Lingonberry – Checked in the front straight, shifted out and bumped with another runner entering the back straight.

2 Rubeson – Checked across heels entering the first turn, became unbalanced entering the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

6 Bogie Hurricane – Checked entering the first turn.

7 Farmor Smitten – Bumped entering the back straight.

8 Blazin' Number – Slow to begin, made contact with the rail entering the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

Race 3 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY NOVICE 2 520m

1 Moonshine Babe – Bumped in the home straight.

3 Rowdy Remi – Made contact with the lids leaving the boxes and as a result was slow to begin. Checked entering the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

4 Out Of Scope – Checked in the front straight, checked entering the first turn.

6 Once Again – Checked in the front straight, checked entering the first turn, bumped with another runner on several occasions in the home straight.

7 Jewel Bee – Checked entering the first turn, checked rounding the first turn, bumped in the home straight.

8 Lord Yuri – Severely checked entering the first turn, bumped with another runner on several occasions in the home straight.

Race 4 - SENNACHIE @ STUD - STEVE WHITE MA5 2 520m

All clear was delayed to afford Stewards the opportunity to view the films in relation to a bird on the track in the front straight, after doing so Stewards were comfortable that no greyhound was effected and all clear was given on the judges numbers.

1 Stay Warm Bear – Checked rounding the first turn, checked entering the home turn.

2 Emma Bundock – Checked in the front straight, bumped entering the first turn.

4 Coruba – Checked in the front straight.

5 Mumma's Machine – Checked in the front straight, checked entering the first turn, checked entering the back straight, checked entering the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a near side pin injury the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

7 Out Of Gas – Checked in the front straight, bumped entering the first turn.

8 Latrell – Checked in the front straight.

Race 5 - ORSON ALLEN @ METICULOUS LODGE GRADE 5 2 600m

2 Polly's Paws – Checked on the first turn, severely checked and fell entering the second turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

3 That'll Do Neo – Checked entering the second turn.

4 Cool Hand Steve – Checked and made contact with the rail on the first turn, collided with another runner entering the front straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

5 Skill Set – Checked on the first turn.

7 Gin Shelf – Bumped on the first turn, collided with another runner entering the front straight, checked entering the second turn.

8 Zipping Victoria – Bumped on the first turn, checked entering the second turn.

Race 6 - NEWHAVEN STUD FARM 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 2 520m

2 Kilara Mel – Checked entering the first turn.

6 Cake Is Good – Slow to begin.

8 Future's Changed – Checked entering the first turn.

10 Miss Sassy – Checked entering the first turn.

Race 7 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 2 520m

2 Pereira – Severely checked approaching the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

3 Dashing Dipper – Checked approaching the first turn.

4 Set The Standard – Severely checked approaching the first turn.

5 She's In Clover – Checked approaching the first turn.

6 Cold Deck – Checked approaching the first turn.

7 Sublime Power – Checked approaching the first turn.

Race 8 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE 5TH GRADE HEAT 3 GRADE 5 2 520m

1 Crystal Chaos – Checked rounding the first turn, checked approaching the home turn.

2 High Sun – Bumped soon after the start, checked approaching the first turn.

3 Hellacious – Bumped soon after the start, gave ground entering the back straight and trailed the field for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside back muscle injury the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days.

4 High Times – Bumped soon after the start.

5 Tiny Encounter – Slow to begin, checked soon after the start.

6 Dam Slipperier – Bumped soon after the start.

7 First Slip – Checked rounding the first turn, checked approaching the home turn. Stewards spoke to trainer Noel Evans regarding the greyhound’s manners in the catching pen where it showed aggression towards another greyhound. Acting under the provisions of GAR 131 Stewards advised Mr Evans the greyhound will now require two catchers for future events.

8 Excessive – Slow to begin, severely checked rounding the first turn.

Race 9 - KEDRON WAVELL SERVICES CLUB BEST 8 2 395m

1 Where's Johnson – Bumped on the first turn.

2 Calder – Bumped on the first turn.

4 Times Three – Bumped on the first turn.

8 Runaway Babe – Raced wide in the back straight and home straight.

Race 10 - TWITTER @ BRISGREYS MIXED 4/5 2 395m

3 Flawless Scottie – Checked on the first turn, gave ground in the back straight and trailed the field for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a near side hock injury the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

6 Mumma's Girl – Checked on the first turn.

7 Beau Boy – Checked on the first turn, became unbalanced entering the home straight.
