8 All That Torque – Bumped shortly after the start. Bumped approaching the 1^st turn. Checked leaving the turn out of the back straight. Checked entering the home straight.

Race 2 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE NOVICE 2 520m

1 Black Horizon – Severely checked and became unbalanced shortly after the start. Checked approaching the 1^st turn. Checked rounding the turn out of the back straight. Raced wide in the home straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have offside hock sprain and stood down for 14 days.

2 Senri Gardot – Marginally slow away.

3 Ringbark Razor – Checked shortly after the start. Checked approaching the 1^st turn.

1 Mr. Tim Mcgee – Bumped approaching the turn out of the back straight. Bumped entering the home straight. Checked in the home straight.

4 Jax Bale – Bumped approaching the 1^st turn. Raced wide leaving the turn out of the back straight. Raced wide entering the home straight and in the home straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury.

5 Sandy Invigorate – Bumped approaching the turn out of the back straight. Bumped entering the home straight. Clipped heels in the home straight.

1 Deadly Choice – Tightened for racing room approaching the 1^st turn. Bumped approaching the finishing line.

4 Umagico – Bumped in the 1^st turn. Tightened for racing room in the Back straight.

Race 5 - ORSON ALLEN @ METICULOUS LODGE GRADE 5 1 710m

2 Spot On Polly – Stumbled shortly after the start.

3 Courageous Carol – Checked shortly after the start.

4 Declan Monelli – Checked shortly after the start. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury. Stewards question trainer Mr Tony Apap in regard to the greyhound’s performance where he stated that this was the first event over the 710m and may not be suited to this distance. Mr Apap is planning on giving the greyhound a spell for a short time and then return to a shorter distance in future events.

6 Gin Shelf – Checked shortly after the start. Raced wide rounding the turn into the front straight. Raced wide in the front straight. Shifted out and checked another runner in the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury, a secondary vet examination was conducted and found to have a  nearside back muscle strain and stood down for 14 days.

8 Mepunga Web – Raced wide rounding the turn into the front straight. Raced wide in the front straight. Bumped in the back straight.

Race 6 - NEWHAVEN STUD FARM MIXED 4/5 2 600m

1 Osprey Phantom – Bumped shortly after the start. Took an awkward stride leaving the turn out of the front straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the offside pin muscle and stood down for 14 days.

2 Farmor Alfa's – Checked entering the front straight. Checked rounding the turn into the back straight.

3 Joey The Poke – Checked entering the front straight. Checked rounding the turn into the back straight.

6 Springtime Son – Bumped approaching the turn out of the back straight. Checked in the home straight.

7 Baccarat Boy – Tightened for racing room approaching the turn out of the back straight. Checked in the home straight.

2 Grace's Secret – Bumped shortly after the start. Hit the running rail approaching the turn out of the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury.

3 Enrique Fernando – Bumped shortly after the start. Dragged down by another runner entering the back straight. Checked leaving the turn out of the back straight.
