Race 1 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE MAIDEN HEAT 1 MAIDEN 2 395m

1 On Stilts – Slow to begin, leaving the 1^st turn was inconvenienced, into the back turn put in an awkward stride. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to its offside wrist and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

2 Mint Rapper – Near the finish was checked.

6 Who's Nan – Leaving the 1^st turn was inconvenienced.

Race 2 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 2 395m

1 Lady Tanzanite – Through the back turn was dragged down.

3 Good Chat Mort – Slow to begin.

4 Diesel Flyer – Through the back turn improved onto the heels of another runner.

6 No Surprise – Through the 1^st turn was checked.

Race 3 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN HEAT 3 MAIDEN 2 395m

1 Magic Madness – Slow to begin.

2 Rab Ruadh Roy – Into the 1^st turn was checked.

3 Speedy Mint – Into the 1^st turn was checked. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

4 Master Titan – Into the 1^st turn was inconvenienced.

5 First Dance – Into the 1^st turn was tightened, leaving the 1^st turn was inconvenienced.

6 Zipping Burger – Into the 1^st turn was checked.

9 Banana Prince (7) – Slow to begin.

Race 4 - SENNACHIE @ STUD - STEVE WHITE MAIDEN HEAT 4 MAIDEN 2 395m

2 Kopi Luwak – Over the concluding stages shifted outwards turning its away from the lure. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an offside hock injury and was stood down from racing 10 days. Stewards spoke to trainers representative C Goodwin regarding the greyhounds racing action in the home straight. After reviewing the video replay, considering the veterinary report and the hearing the submissions from Mrs Goodwin, acting under the provisions of GAR 125(a), failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Kopi Luwak must perform a satisfactory steward trial pursuant to GAR 127(a), before any future nomination will be accepted, but after the injury period has expired.

3 Valkyrie Amelia – Slow to begin, A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to its back and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

4 Ghost Train – Into the back turn was tightened checked, entering the home straight checked across heels.

5 Maybelle Carter – Shortly after the start clipped heels.

6 Lorna's Flying – Into the back turn was checked.

Race 5 - ORSON ALLEN @ METICULOUS LODGE NOVICE (1) 2 395m

2 Emerald Ability – Into the back turn was tightened.

4 Deal Maker – Into the 1^st turn was checked.

5 Maywyn Gold – Shortly after the start was tightened.

6 Lads On Fire – Into the 1^st turn was checked.

7 Cold Rush – Into the 1^st turn was checked, into the back turn was checked.

8 Ayaya – Leaving the 1^st turn was inconvenienced and commenced weaken as result. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 6 - SKY RACING NOVICE (2) 2 395m

1 Long Way Out – Slow to begin.

4 Second Star – Rounding the home turn shifted outwards turning its head away from the lure making body contact with the runner to its outside. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainer B Hazelgrove regarding the greyhound’s actions at that stage of the event, after reviewing the video replay and the hearing the submissions from Mr Hazelgrove, stewards deemed Second Star did take its attention away from the lure therefore invoked GAR 124 Failing to Pursue. As this was the greyhound’s 1st offence under this rule Second Star was suspended from racing at Albion Park for 28 days and until the successful completion of a satisfactory steward’s trial.

5 Lady Mcbeth – Slow to begin.

7 Munxar Queen – Slow to begin.

8 Bella Lou – Rounding the home turn was inconvenienced.

Race 7 - TAB - VENUE MODE 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 2 395m

1 Aces Up – Through the 1^st turn checked across heels, raced extremely wide through the back turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed.

4 Hello Cyndie – Slow to begin.

6 Kick Son – Slow to begin.

7 Stardust Dreams – Through the 1^st turn was checked.

9 Rochill Amy (2) - Through the 1^st turn was checked.

Race 8 - CARINA LEAGUES CLUB 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 2 395m

1 Viking Rio – Into the 1^st turn was checked, into the back turn was checked.

2 Once Again – Shortly after the start was tightened, Into the 1^st turn was checked.

4 Beau Boy – Into the back turn was tightened and checked.

6 She's A Cracker - Into the 1^st turn was checked.

8 Gold Fillings – Into the 1^st turn was inconvenienced.
