Race 1 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE MDNPW 2 395m

2 Kopi Luwak – Checked entering the back straight.

4 Snap It – Slow to begin. Checked entering the home turn.

5 Abel Tasman – A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the offside hock and was subsequently stood down for 10 days.

7 Mister Mischief – Slow to begin.

8 Lady Tanzanite – Blundered in the back straight.

Race 2 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY MAIDEN 2 395m

4 Orson's Lad – Checked rounding the first turn.

7 Special Isle – Checked rounding the first turn. Checked off heels entering the home straight.

8 Interstate Mac – Checked rounding the first turn. Checked in the back straight.

Race 3 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN FINAL MAIDEN 2 395m

1 Austrian Jewel – Bumped with another runner rounding the home turn. Turned its head outwards and made muzzle contact with another runner entering the home straight. Stewards spoke to trainer Kerry Hoggan regarding the greyhound’s racing manners at that stage of the event, after hearing the steward’s observation, reviewing the video replay and the trainers’ submissions, stewards deemed that Austrian Jewel did make head contact with the greyhound to its outside and therefore invoked GAR 123 Marring. As this was the greyhound’s 1st offence under this rule Austrian Jewel was suspended from racing at Albion Park for 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

5 Bye Bye Storm – Checked approaching the home turn.

8 Lionel Hutz – Bumped with another runner rounding the home turn. Marred by another runner entering the home straight.

Race 4 - SENNACHIE @ STUD - STEVE WHITE NOVICE 2 395m

1 Turbo Powered – Checked in the first turn.

4 Double Up Hope – Bumped with another runner rounding the home turn and into the home straight.

6 Miss Interogator – Checked in the first turn.

7 Deal Maker – Slow to begin.

8 Hard Castle – Slow to begin. Bumped with another runner and was checked rounding the home turn and into the home straight.

Race 5 - ORSON ALLEN @ METICULOUS LODGE GRADE 5 (1) 3 520m

5 Paulie Walnuts – Turned its head outwards and made muzzle contact with another runner on multiple occasions in the home straight. Stewards spoke to trainer Jedda Cutlack regarding the greyhound’s racing manners at that stage of the event, after hearing the steward’s observation, reviewing the video replay and the trainers’ submissions, stewards deemed that Paulie Walnuts did make head contact with the greyhound to its outside and therefore invoked GAR 123 Marring. As this was the greyhound’s 1st offence under this rule Paulie Walnuts was suspended from racing at Albion Park for 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

6 Empire Rolls On – Marred by another runner in the home straight.

Race 6 – SKY RACING GRADE 5 (2) 3 520m

3 I’m Peakin’ – Underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and was passed fit to race.

No significant racing incidents.

Race 7 – TAB – VENUE MODE MIXED ¾ 2 395m

No significant racing incidents.

Race 8 - CARINA LEAGUES CLUB 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 2 395m

3 Barcelona Boy – Checked in the top turn.

6 Aidan's King – Checked in the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the near hind webbing and was subsequently stood down for 10 days.

8 Our Girl Siara – Slow to begin.

Race 9 - GET IT GIZMO @ NEWHAVEN STUD MIXED 4/5 2 395m

8 Laughing Les – Checked and fell entering the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities.

Race 10 - TIGGERLONG TONK @ STUD MA5 2 395m

5 Louie Luxe – Checked in the first turn.

6 Cashmere Kaos – Checked in the first turn.

Race 11 - RHINO FINANCE GRADE 5 (1) 2 395m
