Race 1 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN 2 520m

6 Imposing Falkor – Shortly after the start was tightened.

7 Gold Tip – Was slow to begin.

Race 2 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE NOVICE 2 520m

3 Speedy Mint – Through the first turn was checked.

4 Free Drop – Exiting the first turn shifted up the track and then checked.

5 Joey The Poke – Was slow to begin. Exiting the first turn was taken up the track by the inside runner then checked.

Race 3 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY GRADE 5 3 395m

1 Stardust Dreams – Began awkwardly.

2 Journalist – Through the first turn was tightened. Entering the back turn was tightened and checked. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

3 Waikiki Surfer – Entering the first turn checked around heels then checked.

6 Who Told Paddy – Through the first turn was tightened and checked.

7 Rochill Jake – Exiting the first turn was checked.

9 Obliging Warren – Entering the first turn was checked. Exiting the first turn was checked.

Race 4 - SENNACHIE @ STUD - STEVE WHITE GRADE 5 (1) 1 710m

1 She's In Clover – Along the home straight on the final occasion was hampered by the outside runner. Approaching the winning post on the final occasion checked around heels.

2 High Sun – Along the home straight on the final occasion turned its head inwards towards the inside runner and made muzzle contact. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed an offside shoulder strain and was stood down from racing for 10 days. Stewards charged the greyhound under GAR123 first offence for marring. 28 days Albion Park only and will need to complete a satisfactory trial before nominating for any future events.

7 Wendy Rocks – A port race veterinarian examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainer John Dart regarding the performance of the greyhound. Mr Dart stated he was disappointed with the performance and thought last week’s run on the heavy track could have played a part in the performance tonight. Stewards noted this explanation and will monitor the performance of the greyhound moving forward.

Race 5 - ORSON ALLEN @ METICULOUS LODGE GRADE 5 (2) 1 710m

There were no racing incidents to report.

Race 6 - NEWHAVEN STUD FARM GRADE 5 (3) 1 710m

Race 7 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 2 520m

1 Here Wolfe – A post-race veterinarian examination revealed a near fore laceration and was stood down from racing for 7 days.

3 Zipping Diesel – Exiting the first turn was checked.

9 Georgie Choo – Was slow to begin. Entering the first turn was checked.

10 Barefoot Cowboy – Entering the first turn was checked.

7 Hellacious – Entering the first turn was checked.

4 Fifty Fathoms – Shortly after the start was checked.

5 Bailey - Shortly after the start was checked.

7 Red Wombat – Entering the first turn was checked and then fell. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.
