4 Sad Man's Tongue – Checked on the first turn. Turned its head outwards towards another runner entering the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a scrotum laceration the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days. Steward’s spoke to trainer Kevin Kemp regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After viewing the video replay and considered submissions from the trainer and the veterinary report, Stewards invoked GAR 125 Fail to Pursue with injury - 7 day stand down and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

After viewing the video replay and considered submissions from the trainer, Stewards invoked GAR 123 Marring (2^nd offence) - 28 day stand down at all tracks and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

Race 11 - BRISGREYS.COM GRADE 5 (2) 2 395m

1 King Of Cakes – Checked on the first turn.

3 Lost Digit – Late scratching at 6.39pm – Weight variation.

5 Magique Noir – Checked on the first turn.

7 Jebrynah Sol – Checked on the first turn, gave ground in the back straight and trailed the field for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have a slow recovery and was subsequently stood down for 14 days. After taking submissions from Trainer David Bailey Stewards invoked GAR129 unsatisfactory performance, the greyhound will need to complete a satisfactory trial prior to racing next.
