General:
Trainer Mr Kevin Kemp presented the greyhound Sad Man’s Tongue for a veterinary examination and was subsequently cleared to race pending a satisfactory Stewards trial. |

Race 1 -BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE MAIDEN HEAT 1 MAIDEN 2 395m |

3 Layla Park- Late scratching at 2.31pm due to a weight variation pursuant to GAR 101(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Trainer Ms Lyndall Brand was fined $100 pursuant to GAR 101(3)(b).

7 North Star- Checked entering the turn out of the back straight causing the greyhound to fall and take no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which did not reveal any significant findings.

Race 3 -GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN HEAT 3 MAIDEN 2 395m |

Stewards ordered the race finish on the lure due to a fallen greyhound in the back straight.
1 Cyndie’s Bill- Turned its head outwards in the home straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which did not reveal any abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainer’s representative Mr D Pearce regarding the greyhound’s actions in the home straight, after reviewing the video replay and the hearing the submissions from Mr Pearce, stewards deemed Cyndie’s Bill had taken its attention away from the lure therefore invoked GAR 124 Failing to Pursue. As this was the greyhound’s 1st offence under this rule Cyndie’s Bill was suspended from racing at Albion Park for 28 days and until the successful completion of a satisfactory steward’s trial.
4 Sneaky Blue- Checked in the back straight causing the greyhound to fall and take no further part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which did not reveal any significant findings. |

5 Away Game- Checked entering the back straight. Checked entering the turn out of the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which did not reveal any significant findings. |

9 Scarlet Oak- Checked entering the back straight and was forced wide. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which did not reveal any significant findings. |

5 Cincinati Cyndie- Checked in the back straight and commenced to weaken. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed and injury to the off-hind back muscle and was stood down from racing for 14 days. |

6 Misuzulu- Checked entering the back straight and commenced to weaken, taking no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the off-hind back muscle and offside pin muscle and was stood down from racing for 28 days. Stewards ordered that the greyhound must complete a satisfactory trial before returning to racing.
5 Obliging Travis- Stewards spoke with trainer representative Mr D Pearce regarding the greyhounds racing action in the home straight when outside of She’s A Cracker. After viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards took no further action. |

2 Blue Haze- Underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request and was found to have sustained an injury to the off-dew claw and was stood down from racing for 7 days. |

5 Hot Tattoo- Severely checked immediate after the start and took no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which did not reveal any significant findings.
9 Jen’s Gamble- Underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request and was found to have an injury to the near hind webbing and was stood down from racing for 7 days. |
