(4) Go Katie Go – Declared a late scratching @ 5:14pm, under the provisions of GAR 86(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Trainer Robert Jacobsen was issued a fine of $200.00 pursuant to GAR 86(3) for failing to present the greyhound.
