Race 1 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE MAIDEN 2 395m

4 Last Deposit – Severely checked and fell entering the back straight. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

5 Typhoon Daryl – Severely checked entering the back straight. Underwent a post-race Veterinary examination after an incident in the catching pen which revealed a near side should injury, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days.

7 Farmor Legacy – Severely checked and fell entering the back straight. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

Race 2 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY MAIDEN FINAL MAIDEN 2 395m

Race 3 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND NOVICE (1) 2 395m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 4 - SENNACHIE @ STUD - STEVE WHITE NOVICE (2) 2 395m

3 Big Boy Bark – Checked entering the back straight then gave ground and trailed the field for the remainder of the event. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed an offside hip injury, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days.

Race 5 - ORSON ALLEN @ METICULOUS LODGE GRADE 5 (1) 2 395m

4 Teddy Box – Underwent a post-race Veterinary examination which revealed near side hind split webbing, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days.

6 King Capers – Severely checked and fell entering the back straight. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to be sore in the back, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

Race 6 - SKY RACING GRADE 5 (2) 2 395m

3 Aeroplane Star – Stewards spoke to trainer Les Lewis regarding the greyhound’s action in the home straight. After considering all available evidence, the greyhound was given the benefit of the doubt if it had contravened any rule.

Race 7 - TAB - VENUE MODE MIXED 3/4 2 395m

3 Arabian Again – Performed below market expectations. Checked on the first turn. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Trainer Brian Baker advised that as it was the greyhounds first start back after a short spell, he was not disappointed with the run. Stewards noted his submissions.

Race 8 - CARINA LEAGUES CLUB 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 2 395m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 9 - GET IT GIZMO @ NEWHAVEN STUD GRADE 5 (3) 2 395m

1 Bon Flame – Beaten favourite. Checked on the first turn. A post-race urine sample was obtained.

3 I’m No Maid - Late scratching at 12.50pm pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to a near side hind leg injury the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Stewards will require a Veterinary certificate before any future nominations will be accepted.

Race 10 - TIGGERLONG TONK @ STUD 5PW 2 395m

4 Scarlet Oak – Beaten favourite. Severely checked entering the back straight, checked entering the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

Race 11 - RHINO FINANCE MA5 (1) 2 395m

4 Hot Tattoo – Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed the greyhound to have cramped under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Trainer Reg Hazelgrove advised the greyhound will now be retired.

Race 12 - BRISGREYS.COM MA5 (2) 2 395m

4 Back Seat Betty – Gave ground approaching the winning post. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.
