2 Julane Ava- Turned in the boxes and took no competitive part in the race. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which did not reveal any significant abnormalities. Stewards ordered that Julane Ava must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 106(1) before returning to racing. |

1 Lottie Bear- Beaten favourite. Marginally slow to begin. Tightened for room shortly after the start and was checked.
6 Noel’s Gem- Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the near hind foot and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

6 Out Of Austrian- Severely checked in the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which did not reveal any significant abnormalities. |

2 Farmor Lucky – Late scratching at 5.47pm due to the greyhound not being presented to Stewards within the required kennelling time. In accordance with GAR86(3)(b) Farmor Lucky is prohibited from competing in any Event for a period of 28 days. Licensed trainer Mr David Bailey entered a plea of guilty and was fined the sum of $200.00 in respect of a charge issued pursuant to GAR76(7) as a result of the greyhound Farmor Lucky being scratched for a reason which in the opinion of Stewards was unacceptable. |
