5 Easy Beat- Underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request which revealed an injury to the offside stopper and nearside metacarpal. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. |

7 All Gripped Up- Late scratching at 4.21pm due to weight variation (GAR 101(1). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer, Robert Davey was fined $100 acting under GAR 101(3)(b)
8 Third Time Round- Eased and turned its head on multiple occasions in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside bicep and off hind foot. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer S Andrews regarding the greyhound’s actions in the home straight, after reviewing the video replay and hearing the submissions from Mr S Andrews, Stewards deemed Third Time Round had taken its attention away from the lure therefore invoked GAR 125(a) Failing to Pursue by reason of injury and subsequently ordered that the greyhound must perform a satisfactory Stewards trial before returning to racing. |

1 Wardlaw- Beaten favourite- Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no abnormalities. Stewards noted the comments by trainer B Kline, in that the greyhound is still young and learning to race, and that after being slightly tardy away the greyhound had to expel a lot of energy to find the lead early. |

2 Flying Star- Severely checked entering the turn out of the back straight causing the greyhound to fall and take no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed superficial abrasions over legs and offside hind foot. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
