Race 1 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND NOVICE 520m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 2 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY FFA 600m

2 Hidden Agenda – Beaten favourite. Entering the first turn was checked. Exiting the first turn was checked.

Race 3 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 520m

6 Sorority – A post-race veterinarian examination revealed a near-fore wrist spike wound and was stood down from racing for 7 days.

7 Scenic Sizzler – Approaching the first turn lost ground appearing injured. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed a nearside back muscle injury and was stood down from racing for 28 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

Race 4 - PHOTO MAN NOW AT STUD 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 520m

6 Hostile Assassin – Beaten favourite. Was slow to begin. Approaching the winning post on the first occasion was checked. Through the first turn was checked.

Race 5 - SKY RACING 5TH GRADE HEAT 3 GRADE 5 520m

4. Rebel Blaster – Was slow to begin. Approaching the first turn lost ground appearing injured. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed an offside back muscle injury and was stood down from racing for 60 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial to racing next.

Race 6 - TAB 5TH GRADE HEAT 4 GRADE 5 520m

3. Bat Sign – Beaten favourite. Entering the first turn was checked. Through the first turn was checked. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed an offside shin injury and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

Race 7 - CARINA LEAGUES CLUB MIXED 3/4 520m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 8 - ORSON ALLEN @ METICULOUS LODGE 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 600m

4. Springtime Rose – Late scratching at 5:49pm pursuant to GAR 92(2) when the greyhound was found to have an illness during kennelling and has been stood down from racing for 7 days.

6. Hara’s Skye – Late scratching at 9:50am pursuant to GAR 77(1) due to the greyhound being on season. The greyhound has been stood down from racing for 28 days.

8. Respectability – Through the turn out of the home straight was tightened and checked. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed a back strain and was stood down from racing for 7 days.

Race 9 - SENNACHIE @ STUD - STEVE WHITE MA5 (1) 520m

3. Hopeful Lana – Was slow to begin. Approaching the first turn was tightened and checked. Through the first turn was checked. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no significant findings.

Race 10 - GET IT GIZMO @ NEWHAVEN STUD MA5 (2) 520m

All clear was delayed affording the Stewards the opportunity to view the films in relation to a bird on the track, after doing so Stewards were comfortable that no greyhound was affected and all clear was given on the judges numbers.
