2 Lyrical Gangster – Turned it’s head outwards towards another runner in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Steward’s spoke to trainer representative Chloe Muller regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Failing to purse (2nd offence) – 28 days stand down at all tracks and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside hip under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Steward’s spoke to trainer Brett Hazelgrove regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Failing to purse (2nd offence) – 28 days stand down at all tracks and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.
