Stewards spoke to Kerry Myers, the trainer of Up Beat regarding the greyhound’s racing manners rounding the turn out of the back straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124(1) failing to pursue the lure with due commitment Up Beat was found in breach and suspended for 28 days at Albion Park and must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 127(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.
