3. Shian Leo – Along the home straight on the final occasion turned its head outwards towards the outside runner. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no significant findings. Steward’s spoke to trainer Kerry Hoggan regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Failing to pursue – 28 days stand down at Albion Park and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.
7. Circle The Storm – Exiting the first turn was checked and turned sideways. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed a head laceration and was stood down from racing for 10 days. |

7. Strange World – Entering the first turn was checked. Approaching the turn out of the home straight gave ground and took no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed an offside back muscle injury and was stood down from racing for 21 days.
