Warm Regards – (unplaced fav). Trainers representative J Hosking stated the greyhound raced flat. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

Race 3 - TAB QUEENSLAND SHORT COURSE FINAL OPEN 331m

Hope’s Zone – Severely checked in the first turn. Checked rounding the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

Noble Gambler – A post-race veterinary examination revealed a near hind split webbing and was stood down for 10 days.

Race 5 - NEWHAVEN STUD FARM GOLDEN OLDIES (L) FINAL MA5 520m

Respectability – (unplaced fav). Trainer M Patterson stated the greyhound raced flat and may not have back up after racing last week. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an off fore flexor tendon injury and was stood down for 10 days.

Tommy Egan – Trailed the field. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a near side pin injury and was stood down for 14 days.
