Navada Neveah – Shortly after the start was dragged down from behind. A post-race veterinary examination revealed abrasion to hindlegs, no standdown given. |

Churchill Hayze – checked shortly after the start. Checked entering the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a nearside pin injury, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 7 days. The greyhound turned its head outwards and made muzzle contact with a runner to its outside in the home straight. Stewards spoke to trainer S Hunt regarding the greyhound’s racing manners at that stage of the event, after hearing the steward’s observation, reviewing the video replay and the trainers’ submissions, stewards deemed that Churchill Hayze did make head contact with the greyhound to its outside therefore invoked GAR 123 Marring. As this was the greyhound’s 1st offence under this rule Churchill Hayze was suspended from racing at Albion Park for 28 days and until the completion of one satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next |

Ultimate Boost – Severely checked and lost momentum entering the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed lacerations to near hind leg, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 3 days. |
