4. Blue Raptor – Over the concluding stages shifted out bumping with another runner. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have offside shoulder injury, a 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer’s representative T Nicholls regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight. After hearing the steward’s observation, reviewing the video replay and the trainers’ submissions, stewards deemed that Blue Raptor did turn its head outwards towards the greyhound to its outside therefore acting under the provisions of GAR 125(a), failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). The greyhound must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 127(a), before any future nomination will be accepted. |

2. Shea Natural – Trainer R Hassall entered a plea of guilty and was fined $100.00 in respect of a charge issued pursuant to Greyhounds Australasia Rule 86(1) for failing to present the greyhound Shea Natural to the Stewards at least forty five(45) minutes prior to the advertised starting time of the first event of the race meeting. |

6. Dancing Stars – Leaving the first turn faltered in its action appearing injured. Underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a nearside pin injury. A 21 day stand down period was imposed. |
