1. Looks Good – Into the first turn was checked, leaving the first turn was checked. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. |

1. Disaster Piece – In the home straight shifted out marring the runner to its outside. Stewards spoke to trainer’s representative Tony Broadrick regarding the greyhound’s actions at that stage of the event, after reviewing the video replay and the hearing the submissions from Mr Broadrick, stewards deemed Disaster Piece did make muzzle contact with the runner to its outside therefore invoked GAR 123 Marring. As this was the greyhound’s 1st offence under this rule Disaster Piece was suspended from racing at Albion Park for 28 days and until the successful completion of a satisfactory steward’s trial. |

2. Mepunga Loaf – A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to its nearside hip. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. |

7. Double Up Bill – Through the back turn, rounding the home turn and in the home straight marred the runner to its outside on several occasions. Stewards spoke to trainer’s representative Warren Elson regarding the greyhound’s actions at those stages of the event, after reviewing the video replay and the hearing the submissions from Mr Elson, stewards deemed Double Up Bill did make muzzle contact with the runner to its outside therefore invoked GAR 123 Marring. As this was the greyhound’s 2nd offence under this rule Double Up Bill was suspended from racing at all tracks for 28 days and until the successful completion of a satisfactory steward’s trial. |
