3 Sneaky Pete Shifted out approaching the winning post on the final occasion and bumped heavily with the greyhound to its outside. Stewards spoke to trainers representative Miss Jedda Cutlack regarding the racing manners of the greyhound in the home straight on the final occasion. After hearing submissions and viewing the available race footage stewards afforded the greyhound the benefit of the doubt on this occasion. All future performances will be closely monitored.
4 Bush Manoeuvre Severely checked at the winning post on the first occasion. Shortly after became unbalanced and fell taking no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities.
8 Destini Eclipse Severely checked at the end of the front straight and lost ground. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities. |
