Race 1 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE MAIDEN 2 520m

4 Swooper’s Bias – Underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the request of Stewards that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

8 Lucky Llama – (Beaten favourite) Marginally slow to begin. Bumped by another runner and forced to race wide rounding the first turn. Checked off heels in the back straight.

Race 2 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY NOVICE 2 520m

4 Jaggery – Slow to begin. Took several awkward strides and raced wide rounding the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside wrist and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 21 days. 

Race 3 - GORSKI ENGINEERING NMW (1) 2 520m

Race 4 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND GRADE 5 (1) 2 600m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 5 - TAB - VENUE MODE GRADE 5 (2) 2 600m

6 Who Goes There – Checked off heels and fell rounding the first turn, taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 6 - FABREGAS @ METICULOUS LODGE GRADE 5 1 710m

5 Goddess Of War – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 7 - SKY RACING MIXED 4/5 2 520m

3 Maid In Space – Visibly eased for several strides and turned its head inwards approaching the finishing line. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainer Martina Kirillidis regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. After reviewing the video footage and hearing Ms Kirillidis’ submissions, Stewards invoked GAR124 Failing to Pursue (1^st offence) and stood down Maid In Space for 28 days at Albion Park.

Race 8 - ROSEWOOD VETERINARY SERVICE 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 2 520m

3 Lochos – Checked off heels and fell rounding the first turn, failing to complete the course. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside wrist and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. 

Race 9 - TIGGERLONG TONK @ STUD NMW (2) 2 520m

1 Easy Beat – Dragged down by another runner rounding the turn into the back straight and lost considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 10 - CARINA LEAGUES CLUB NMW (3) 2 520m

Race 11 - BRISGREYS.COM MA5 2 520m

4 No Money Honey – Underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the request of Stewards that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 12 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND GRADE 5 3 395m

3 Weblec Whistler – Checked off heels and fell rounding the first turn, taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside shoulder and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days. 

4 Dundee Piper – Severely checked by the fallen runners rounding the first turn losing considerable ground, taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside hip and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 21 days. 

6 Anytime Romeo – Checked off heels and fell rounding the first turn, taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.
