8 Royal Billy – Shifted out towards another runner rounding the home turn making muzzle contact with that runner on several occasions. Stewards spoke to trainer’s representative Mr Warren Elson regarding the greyhound racing manners rounding the home turn. After reviewing the video footage and hearing submissions from Mr Elson, Stewards invoked GAR123 Marring (1st offence) and stood down Royal Billy at Albion Park for 28 days plus the completion of a satisfactory trial. |
