General: After the running of Race 8, Stewards were alerted to an issue with the club tractor. Stewards elected to go back one race timeslot to allow the issue to be rectified.
After the running of Race 9, Stewards inspected the track due to further rain and lightning in the local area. After inspecting the track, Stewards deemed the surface unsuitable for racing and therefore abandoned races 10 and 11.

1 Cleverly Ava – Severely checked rounding the first turn losing considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside pin muscle and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days. |
