1 Ollie Cha Cha – Faltered in its action in the back straight and lost ground, failing to complete the course. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside pin muscle and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 21 days.

Race 5 - SKY RACING GRADE 5 3 520m

1 Traditional – (Beaten favourite) Marginally slow to begin. Checked off the heels of another runner in the back straight and lost ground.

Race 6 - BRISGREYS.COM MIXED 3/4 2 395m

1 Just Another Mac – Shifted out rounding the home turn and made head and muzzle contact with another runner to its outside. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr Darryl McGrath regarding the racing manners of the greyhound rounding the home turn. After reviewing the footage and hear submissions from Mr McGrath, Stewards invoked GAR123 Marring (1^st offence) and stood down Just Another Mac for 28 days at Albion Park plus the completion of a satisfactory trial.

Race 7 - RHINO FINANCE OPEN HEAT 1 OPEN 2 395m

Race 8 - SEN TRACK OPEN HEAT 2 OPEN 2 395m

8 Cobblepot – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a minor laceration on its head. No stand down time was given by the on-course veterinarian.

Race 9 - CARINA LEAGUES CLUB GRADE 5 (1) 2 395m

2 Out Of Austrian – Late scratching at 12:47pm due to weight variation GAR 101(1). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr Ned Snow was fined $100 acting under the provisions of GAR 101(3)(b).

Race 10 - TIGGERLONG TONK @ STUD GRADE 5 (2) 2 395m

1 Pass Me Not – Severely checked by another runner rounding the home turn losing considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside pin muscle and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

8 Some Diva – Dragged down by another runner rounding the first turn and lost considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside hip and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

Race 11 - TWITTER @ BRISGREYS MA5 (1) 2 395m

1 Comical Bill – (Beaten favourite) Marginally slow to begin. Checked off heels rounding the first turn and lost ground.

3 Polly’s Cracker – Severely checked rounding the first turn and lost considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside shoulder and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

Race 12 - WALLOON HOTEL MA5 (2) 2 395m
