Race 1 – TAB BEST 8 520m

4 Cluster Checked at the end of the front straight on the first occasion.  Shortly after became unbalanced and fell taking no further competitive part in the event.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed a near fore toe injury and was stood down for 14 days.

Race 4 - BOGIE LEIGH FUTURITY (G2) HEAT 3 OPEN 520m

6 Perky Penny Checked at the end of the front straight   Shortly after became unbalanced and fell taking no further competitive part in the event.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 5 - QUEENSLAND DERBY (G2) HEAT 1 OPEN 520m

Race 6 - QUEENSLAND DERBY (G2) HEAT 2 OPEN 520m

4 Golden Bear Racing in the home straight on the final occasion turned its head inwards for a number of strides and lost ground.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to be suffering from a nearside wrist injury and was stood down for 10 days.  Charged under Gar 125 Failure to pursue by reason of injury and was stood down at for 10 days at Albion Park and must complete a satisfactory trial prior to nomination.

Race 7 - QUEENSLAND DERBY (G2) HEAT 3OPEN 520m

5 Blue Art Racing in the turn after the back straight shifted out turned its head and marred another runner on several occasions.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities. Charged under Gar 123 marring 1^st offence and was stood down for 28 days at Albion Park and must complete a satisfactory trial prior to nomination.
