Race 1 – TAB MAIDEN HEAT 1 MAIDEN 2 395m

2 Around The Twist Checked at the first and lost ground. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities

3 Ringbark Scary Checked at the first turn shortly after became unbalanced and fell.  Taking no further competitive part in the event.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities

9 Jilliby Shelly Eased through the first turn when a greyhound fell in its close vicinity.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities.  After viewing all available footage stewards elected to give the greyhound the benefit of the doubt in relation to its racing manners.   All future runs will be monitored closely.

Race 2 – GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 2 395m

No concerns for stewards.

Race 3 - ROSEWOOD VETERINARY SERVICE MAIDEN HEAT 3 MAIDEN 2 395m  

No concerns for stewards.

Race 4 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY NOVICE (1) 2 395m   

6 Nine of Hearts Checked at the entrance of the back straight and lost ground.  Shortly after appeared to sustain an injury and took no further competitive part in the event.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed a nearside wrist injury and was stood down for 14 days.

7 Blazing Ace Checked at the turn after back straight.  Shortly after stumbled and fell taking no further competitive part in the event.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 5 - SKY RACING NOVICE (2) 2 395m

5 Bankers Choice Approaching the home straight appeared to sustain an injury and lost ground.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an offside groin injury and was stood down for 14 days.

Race 6 - HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM QGRC GRADE 5 3 520m  

6 Pale Rider Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an offside hip injury and was stood down for 14 days

7 Weblec Jewel Shifted out and bumped another runner approaching the home straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 7 - RHINO FINANCE 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 2 395m   

4 Rapid on Fire Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 8 - SEN TRACK 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 2 395m   

No concerns for stewards.

Race 9 - CARINA LEAGUES CLUB 5TH GRADE HEAT 3 GRADE 5 2 395m  

7 Cosmic Shadow Racing in the back straight appeared to sustain an injury and lost ground.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed a nearside hip support injury and w s stood down foe 21 days

Race 10 - TIGGERLONG TONK @ STUD MA5 2 395m

No concerns for stewards.
