Stewards Trial 2 – 460m

The greyhound PINTO FLASH performed a satisfactory stewards’ trial over the distance of 460m in a time of 27.24 and is now cleared all tracks.

6 Month Trial 3 – 460m

The greyhound COS SHE CAN performed a satisfactory 6 month trial over the distance of 460m in a time of 27.23.

RACE REPORTS

1.

CARLTON UNITED BREWERIES MAIDEN 460M HAY YOU GIRL and SURE TO ROAR were both very slow away. OUR PURSUIT and HELLYS LAMENT raced tight after the jump and into the first corner. EDDYS CHANT, OUR PURSUIT, HELLYS LAMENT and RIGAMAROLE were all very tight at the first corner with HELLYS LAMENT falling and EDDYS CHANT getting checked. RIGAMORALE raced wide down the back straight. OUR PURSUIT and RIGAMORALE raced wide at the home corner and down the home straight. EDDYS CHANT also raced wide down the home straight. HELLYS LAMENT was vetted and found to have bruising 10 days.

2.	DES ALLEN & CO.FUNERALS NOVICE 460M RIP VAN WRINKLE was first away and never headed thereafter. ROCKETS ANGEL was last out. LOWANNA and MOET GIRL raced tight after the jump. LOWANNA checked off the back of RIP VAN WRINKLE at the first corner. RHONDA MINER raced wide down the back straight and for the remainder of the race. LOWANNA raced wide down the home straight.

3.	UNCLE RUSYTS PHOTOS 5^th GRADE 460M ABSOLUTE SERIAL was first away, SPRING STEEL was last. WILBY SWEET, ABSOLUTE SERIAL, THURRUNGO and BELLA SPRITE all raced tight at the first corner with WILBY SWEET and THURRUNGO both checked, then checked back onto LAKODA MAGIC. LOKADA MAGIC raced wide down the back straight. The field was well strung out approaching the back corner. THURRUNGO and SPRING STEEL both raced wide into the home corner and down the home straight. SPRING STEEL was vetted and found to have a neck and shoulder strain 10 days.

4.	OUTBACKK PET MEATS 5^th GRADE 460M Last away was MASTER CODY. The field raced tight after the jump and into the first corner, with ETHICAL STANDARD getting checked and losing ground. FAST AS FLOYD raced wide down the back straight. AYE SIMPLE MYTH and SWEET DIMPLE raced tight approaching the back corner.

5.	BUNDY BRAKES 5^th GRADE 460M An even start. BEST BAR NONE and CARDIAC KING raced tight after the jump. The entire field was tight at the first corner with BEST BAR NONE and LEADFOOT JODY getting squeezed out the back. AGUERO raced wide past the catching pen. BEST BAR NONE went wide at the back corner. AGUERO raced wide at the home corner. GO HOADY raced wide down the home straight.

BROTHERS SPORTS CLUB 4^th GRADE 460M First away was MADE THAT WAY, last out was LA MYRA PRIDE. WALLOON WIZARD, LA MYRA PRIDE and MERLINS SPRINT all raced tight at the first corner, with LA MMYRA PRIDE getting checked and losing considerable ground. WALLOON WIZARD checked slightly off the back of HAVOC AND MAYHEM down the back straight. WALLOON WIZARD raced wide into the home corner and down the home straight.

7.	BUNDABERG GRC PRESIDENTS CUP 460M An even start. ALL ABOUT HOPE and RUBY DUTCHESS raced tight approaching the first corner. At the first corner the entire field raced tight with PURE LEE RED and SWEET SASSAFRAS getting checked out the back. ACCA DACKA raced wide down the back straight. EL GALO GIRL, RUBY DUTCHESS and ACKA DACKA raced tight approaching the back corner. EL GALO GIRL and RUBY DUTCHESS raced tight through the home corner.

8.	BUNDABERG GRAND PRIX FINAL 550M An even start. GEORGIA and DREAM GIRL GABBY raced tight down the straight. LAKODA SMILEY, DREAM GIRL GABBY and KOUKLA MOO all went wide through the first corner. BIG EASY RED raced wide down the back straight. ORANGE THUNDER raced wide at the back corner. Approaching the home corner ORANGE THUNDER ran onto the back of NANNY CHAR CHAR and lost ground. KOUKLA MOO raced wide at the home corner and down the home straight. ORANGE THUNDER was vetted and found to have suffered a neck and shoulder strain 10 days.
