LAMENT performed a satisfactory stewards’ trial over the distance of 460m and
is now cleared all tracks. |

MAIDNE HEAT 1 460M NOTRE
CAMBLA fell shortly after coming out of the boxes and never caught up to the
field from that point. SPIFFY was also
slow to begin. HYPNOTISE EYES checked
off the back of CAMBLA DRUMMER as they raced past the catching pen. DAV NIC
PAN raced wide down the back straight. CAMBLA DRUMMER who was leading,
started to yield ground from the back corner onwards. LUKES WAY bumped into
CAMBLA DRUMMER as It went past it, down the home straight. The
greyhound NOTRE CAMBLA underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was no apparent injuries were found. |

UNCLE RUSTY’S PHOTOS
MAIDEN HEAT 2 460M An even start. TAURO
BANDIDO and WILBY AWESOME raced tight after the jump. At the first corner TAURO BANDIDO, BRENT
FIRE and CAMBLA BABY raced tight, with BRENT FIRE getting squeezed out the
back, onto WILBY AWESOME as it did. Immediately after, TAURO BANDIDO raced
over the back of CAMBLA BABY then fell, causing significant interference to
CAMBLA BABY as it did. The field was well spread out in two groups of four
greyhounds as a result for the remainder of the race. BORRACHO DRIVER and
DOTTIES IMAGE raced tight down the back straight. The greyhound TAURO BANDIDO underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent
injuries were found. The greyhound WILBY AWESOME underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have
sustained an injury to the near side wrist and was stood down for a period of
10 days. |

LINDSAY MCCARTHY’S USED CARS NOVICE 460M SPRING ROCCA
was clearly last away. The entire
field was tight at the first corner. Shortly after FREAK UNLEASHED checked
off the back of ROMAN SAND and fell, taking down EXPOSE THE FREAK as it did
and also severely hampering MODEL TEE and SPRING ROCCA. Shortly into the home straight FREAK
UNLEASHED and EXPOSE THE FREAK come back towards the lure and impacted the
finish of the race. Stewards declared it a No race as a result of this
interference. The greyhound
FREAK UNLEASHED underwent a post race veterinarian
examination and no apparent injury was found. The greyhound
EXPOSE THE FREAK underwent a post race veterinarian
examination and no apparent injury was found. Greyhound
trainers Christopher Gear and Michael James were both warned for running onto
the track in an attempt to stop greyhounds running back the wrong way towards
the lure. |

THE CHOP SHOP NOVICE 460M An even start. JOHN
BOY BETRO and SLICK AZZEL raced tight at the first corner with SLICK AZZEL
coming off the rails and impacted heavily with APCARD causing both greyhounds
to lose significant ground. SMART
MATTY and PANAMA EYES raced tight down the back straight, SMART MATTY was
checked and lost minimal ground. ROCKETS ANGEL, PANAMA EYES and SAHARA GIRL
all raced tight into the back corner, with PANAMA EYES stumbling approaching
the home corner. JOHN BOY BETRO,
PANAMA EYES and SAHARA GIRL all went wide at the home corner and down the
home straight. |

PHARMACY CHILDERS 5th GRADE 460M An even start with the exception of TRUE MAGIC who was
slowest to begin. NEDGO HEATHER, DELICATE HARRY, SMUGGUMS and EDDYS CHANT all
come together at the first corner with DELICATE HARRY getting checked. TRUE MAGIC checked off the rear of HAVOC AND
MAYHEM trying to go past it at the home corner. EDDYS CHANT come off the rail
and went slightly wide down the home straight. |

BROTHERS SPORTS CLUB 5th CRAFE 460M First away was LADY GLEN, last out was OUR PURSUIT. At
the first corner WALLON WIZARD was blocked for racing room and was checked,
then checked onto POKER CARD as a result. WALLOON WIZARD appeared to shorten stride
thereafter and eventually finished well behind the remainder of the field.
CIA KAHN and MISS MITANNI raced tight approaching the back corner. CIA KAHN
and OUR PURSUIT went wide at the home corner and down the home straight. The greyhound WALLOON WIZARD underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have
sustained an injury to the off side metacarpal and was stood down for a
period of 42 days. |

CENTURY 21 REAL
ESTATE 4/5th GRADE 460M First away was MADE THAT WAY, last away was FAST AZZEL.
GO HOADY, FAST AZZEL and PINTO FLASH were all tight after the jump. FAST
AZZEL was checked at the first corner and lost ground. SPRING FIRECHIEF raced
wide past the catching pen. PINTO FLASH and SPRING FIRECHIEF both raced wide
down the back straight. MADE THAT WAY and WATCH ME WIGGLE raced tight at the
home corner and bumped on a couple of occasions. |

NEW
YEARS CUP OPEN 460M The entire field was tight after the
jump, with RIP VAN WINKLE and LOOKING AMAZING stumbling and almost falling.
Both of those greyhounds continued to race tight at the rear of the field,
bumping on numerous occasions through the first corner. IONISATION and ALL
ABOUT HOPE raced wide down the back straight. LOOKING AMAZING went wide at
the home corner and took ALL ABOUT HOPE with it. |

last away was YES GERONIMO. YES GERONIMO went wide
at the first corner and contacted SPOT THE DOT. GOOD BOY SEAMUS raced wide
down the back straight. KIALLA and BET YOU WILL checked
at the home corner. GOOD BOY SEAMUS raced wide down the home straight. |

GRADE 460M First away was STIRLING BLUE, last away was SWEET
SASSAFRAS. STIRLING BLUE and HEATHERS FIRST raced tight at the first corner.
TOKATEEKAHN and LUCY MOO also raced tight at the first corner. TOKATEE KAHN
checked off the back of SWEET SASSAFRAS just after the first corner. SWEET
SASSAFRAS raced wide down the back straight. LUCY MOO stumbled at the home
corner. The field was well strung out by the back corner. MYSTIC KAHN raced
wide down the home straight. |
