Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed it to have sustained a back strain injury and was stood down from racing for a period of 10 days. (3) Angry Angus – shifted in and was checked shortly after the start. (4) Spring Deb – checked approaching the first turn. (5) Kiewa Chief – checked off heels and severely checked approaching the first turn. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which failed to reveal any apparent injuries. Race 4 – EAST END HOTEL | Grade 5 | 460m
(1) Cambla Banjo – quick to begin. (2) Banjo Duel – checked off heels leaving the first turn. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed it to have split its webbing, and was stood down from racing for a period of 14 days. (5) Sox The Fox – checked off heels in the back straight. (8) Naughty Cambla – quick to begin. Tightened for racing room and checked in the back straight.
Race 5 – ACE FABRICATIONS | Grade 5 | 550m
(1) Canny Dancer – severely checked off heels at the first turn. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed it to have a carpal sprain injury, and was stood down from racing for a period of 10 days. (2) Stilton Ali – checked shortly after the start. (3) Nanny's Charlie – quick to begin. (4) Madam Shacoby – checked shortly after the start. Severely checked at the first turn.
