Race 1 – TAB MAIDEN 460m 1 Hand Of Gold Checked at the end of the back straight became unbalanced and fell, taking no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to be suffering no injuries. 2 Codeword Cupcake Slow to begin. Severely checked and ran wide at the turn after the back straight. 4 Hear The Breeze Checked at the first turn. 5 High Risk Shifted in abruptly shortly after the start. Severely bumped by another runner at the first turn. Stewards spoke to the trainer Ronald Brook with regards to the greyhounds’ erratic behaviour shortly after the start and placed a warning greyhound manners. Mr Brook indicated that that the greyhound had not shown similar tendencies out of the boxes in trials or in previous races. 6 Wet Week Checked at the first turn. 7 Roman Siren Checked at the first turn.
Race 2 – CRAFT RENTAL & HARDWARE NOVICE 460m. 1 Nimble Nanook Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. 2 Angry Angus Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Shifted out in the home straight and bumped another runner. 3 Ollie's Lad Checked at the first turn. 4 Dyna Xanna Stumbled and became unbalanced in the back straight. 7 We Love Roxy Checked in the home straight. 8 Cooked Ran wide for the entire event. Race 3 – REALWAY PROPERTY CONSULTANTS MIXED 4/5 460m 1 Cakes All Round Bumped with another at the first turn. 2 She's Cranky Bumped with another at the first turn. 4 Glen Cambla Checked at the end of the back straight. 7 Sheza Dryva Ran wide in the back straight. Checked off heels approaching the entrance of home straight.
Race 4 – GREAT NORTHERN BEST 8 460m 1 Richmer Assault Checked in the back straight. 5 Fire Fly Jake Slow to begin. Checked off heels at the entrance to home straight. 8 Foxy Fireball Checked off heels at the entrance of the back straight. Race 5 – TERRY SIGNS GRADE 5 (1) 460m 4 One For Mick Best to begin. Checked at the first turn. 6 Katherines Money Checked at the first turn when shifting in. Race 6 – RAY EDWARD REAL ESTATE GRADE 5 (2) 460m 2 Poppatop Checked at he first turn. 3 Gamp Checked at the first turn. 4 Scott The Hook Checked at the first turn. 5 Rapid Highway Checked at the first turn. Severely checked at the turn after the back straight. 6 Savuro Checked at the first turn. 7 Big Mouth Severely checked at the first turn. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and found to be suffering no apparent injuries. Race 7 – PRIME AGENTS GRADE 5 (3) 460m 5 Hurricane Hansi Checked at the turn. 8 Blackpool Blast Tighten for room at the turn after the back straight. Race 8 – GSL LAWYERS 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 550m 2 Money For Jam Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to be suffering no apparent injuries. 3 Betta Be Bundy Checked at the end of the front straight. Checked when shifting out at the entrance of the back straight. 4 Stilton Ali Checked at the end of the front straight. Ran wide in the home straight. 6 Lockrod Severely checked at the end of the front straight. 7 Swift Gear Checked off heels at the end of front straight becoming severely unbalanced. 8 Kiewa Rebel Checked at the end of the front straight.
