Race 5 was abandoned due to severe mechanical issues with the starting boxes.

Race 1 – TAB MAIDEN 460m

1 Soda Caesar – Marginally slow to begin.

2 She's Available – Marginally slow to begin.

4 Blue Emperor – Checked off heels and collided with another runner leaving the first turn.

5 Hostile Intent – Inconvenienced entering the first turn. Significantly checked leaving the first turn. Raced wide through the turn into the front straight.

6 Cyclone Lass – Momentarily hampered leaving the first turn. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities. Subsequently was charged under R71 Unsatisfactory performance and will need to perform a satisfactory stewards trial before resuming racing.

7 Samira – Significantly inconvenienced entering the first turn. Hampered approaching the turn out of the back straight.

8 Cambla Samba Kid – Slow to begin.

Race 2 – TERRY SIGNS NOVICE 460m

1 Lucky Nova – Hampered entering the first turn.

8 Meadowcroft – Impeded entering the front straight.

Race 3 – EAST END HOTEL 5PW 460m

1 Pink Sands – Tightened for racing room and checked on a number of occasions entering the first turn. Checked off heels leaving the first turn.

2 Katherines Money – Checked approaching the first turn. Checked entering the first turn. Hampered leaving the turn into the front straight.

4 Blackpool Blast – Checked approaching the first turn. Checked entering the first turn. Tightened for racing room and hampered entering the back straight.

5 Purdi Villa – Checked approaching the first turn.

7 Scruples – Shifted inwards shortly after the start and collided into other runners.

Race 4 – HAPPY 21ST JORDAN TAYLOR BEST 8 460m

2 Dolcetto Hayze – Slow to begin.

4 Tinkie's My Mum – Best to begin. Tightened for racing room and checked approaching the turn out the back straight.

Race 5 – CRAFT RENTAL & HARDWARE MIXED 4/5 550m

Race 6 – ENDEAVOUR FOUNDATION GRADE 5 460m

1 Are Jay Jean – Inconvenienced and significantly checked entering the first turn. Stumbled entering the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed a sublumbar strain and was stood down from racing for a period of 5 days.

2 Ollie's Lad – Checked entering the first turn.

4 Wicked Tay – Checked shortly after the start. Hampered leaving the first turn.

6 Cambla Cruiser – Checked entering the first turn.

7 Fizz Out – Raced wide through the turn into the front straight.

8 Nanny's Charlie – Checked entering the first turn. Tightened for racing room and fell leaving the first turn. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 7 – BARGARA BAKERY CAFÉ MIXED 4/5 460m

2 Glen Cambla – Raced tight and bumped with another runner on a number of occasions through the turn into the back straight. Tightened for racing room and severely checked leaving the turn out of the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed a neck strain and was stood down from racing for a period of 10 days.

3 Over Time - Raced tight and bumped with another runner on a number of occasions through the turn into the back straight. Shifted in and severely checked with another runner leaving the turn out of the back straight.

4 Big Boss Bree – Checked shortly after the start.

5 Blue Fernando – Slow to begin.

6 Brandy Cambla – Checked shortly after the start.

8 Amaretto Hayze – Significantly inconvenienced when trailing other runners, approaching the turn into the front straight.
