Other Comments / Explanations: “Due to Government advice around COVID-19, in accordance with GAR 51(10), the Stewards directed the Starter to box the greyhounds into the starting boxes in the following order, 1 & 5, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8 for all races”
Race 1 – TAB MAIDEN 460m 1 Tune – Checked approaching the turn out of the back straight. 2 Trouble Talk – Bumped with another runner on multiple occasions entering the first turn. Severely checked leaving the first turn. 4 Cambla Samba Kid – Best to begin. Raced wide through the turn into the front straight. 6 Jiggle No Wiggle - Bumped with another runner on multiple occasions entering the first turn. Checked leaving the first turn. Hampered approaching the turn into the front straight. 7 Paddle Tails – Checked approaching the first turn. Hampered approaching the turn out of the back straight. 8 She's Available – Significantly checked leaving the first turn.
Race 2 – TERRY SIGNS NOVICE 460m 4 We Love Roxy – Marginally slow to begin. 7 Medicine Woman – Tightened for racing room and hampered entering the back straight. 8 Our Cambla Boy – Raced wide in the back straight and continued wide for the remainder of the race.
Race 3 – EAST END HOTEL MA5 460m 1 Rippin' Bartel – Marginally slow to begin. Checked off heels entering the turn into the back straight. 2 Glen Cambla – Bumped with another runner entering the front straight. 5 Zambora Pride – Bumped with other runners entering the first turn. Hampered leaving the first turn. Checked off heels entering the back straight. 6 Cambla Cruiser - Bumped with other runners entering the first turn, then checked off heels. Inconvenienced entering the back straight. 7 Blackpool Blast – Hampered leaving the first turn. 8 Branwell Lee - Bumped with another runner entering the front straight.
Race 4 – CRAFT RENTAL & HARDWARE GRADE 5 (1) 460m 1 Andover – Raced tight and bumped with another runner entering the first turn. 2 King Taka – Tightened for racing room and checked entering the turn out of the back straight. Bumped with another runner in the front straight. 3 Zipping Martha – Hampered leaving the first turn. 6 Roman Siren – Checked leaving the turn out of the back straight. Raced tight and bumped with another runner entering the first turn. Bumped with another runner in the front straight. 8 Gruff Rose – Checked entering the first turn. Raced very wide through the turn into the front straight.
Race 5 – BARGARA BAKERY CAFÉ GRADE 5 (2) 460m 1 Fizz Out – Bumped with another runner on numerous occasions approaching the first turn. 2 Counter Fire – Tightened for racing room and checked on multiple occasions approaching the first turn. Checked off heels approaching the turn out of the back straight. 3 Poppatop – Shifted inwards and checked with other runners on multiple occasions approaching the first turn. Severely inconvenienced by another runner entering the back straight. Noticeably slowed after leaving the turn into the front straight and failed to run the remainder of the race out accordingly. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed a neck strain injury and was stood down from racing for a period of 10 days. Subsequently was charged under GAR69B, Failure to pursue by reason of injury (First time only) and was stood down for the period of the injury. 4 Pact – Best to begin. 6 Master Card – Checked off heels leaving the first turn. 7 Nanny's Charlie – Severely checked entering the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed an injury to the off wrist and was stood down from racing for a period of 7 days. 8 Pink Sands – Checked leaving the first turn.
Race 6 – ENDEAVOUR FOUNDATION GRADE 5 (3) 460m 3 Swift Gear – Shifted outwards entering the first turn and collided into other runners. Checked on a number of occasions leaving the first turn. 4 Fancy Eyes – Checked on a number of occasions entering the first turn. Checked off heels approaching the turn out of the back straight. 5 Tullabung Missy - Checked on a number of occasions entering the first turn. 6 Ollie's Lad – Hampered leaving the first turn.
Race 7 – CHIP TYRE RECYCLERS BEST 8 460m 2 Miss Emmy – Shifted outwards and was checked on numerous occasions through the first turn. Raced wide through the turn into the front straight. 3 Deejay Frankie – Best to begin. Tightened for racing room and checked on a number of occasions through the first turn. Hampered entering the turn into the front straight. 6 Light The Barbie - Tightened for racing room and checked on a number of occasions through the first turn. 8 Richmer Attack – Checked leaving the first turn.
Race 8 – TAB BUNDABERG CUP PRELUDE OPEN 550m 1 Belli Ultra – Checked entering the first turn. Checked entering the front straight. 4 Swift Pash – Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Significantly checked entering the first turn. Significantly checked entering the front straight. 5 Reveal - Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Checked off heels entering the back straight. Significantly checked entering the front straight. 6 Takura Tornado – Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. 7 Fernando Tears – Checked shortly after the start. 8 Ava Surprise – Significantly checked entering the first turn. Hampered through the first turn. Checked off heels and shifted outwards, then checked into another runner entering the front straight.
Race 9 – UNCLE RUSTY'S PHOTOS MIXED 4/5 460m 3 Really Royal – Hampered then checked leaving the first turn. Checked off heels approaching the turn out of the back straight. Hampered approaching the finish. 4 Brandy Cambla – Marginally slow to begin. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities. 6 Sparky Lass – Best to begin. Checked entering the first turn. 7 Courtois – Hampered leaving the first turn. Hampered leaving the turn out of the back straight.
