Race 1 - TAB Maiden 460m

1 Midnight Million – Checked heavily in the catching pen. A veterinary examination found heavy bruising on the Nearside hip and stood down for 5 days.

2 Simple And Slow – Tight for racing room soon after the start. Shifted wide exiting onto the finish straight.

3 Sudden Impact - During the course of an inquiry into the actions of Sudden Impact during the event, trainer David Plummer made stewards aware of a prior offence under R69A for Failing to Pursue on 7 December 2020. Upon review of that event, the relevant steward’s report, and trial data, it was established that Sudden Impact had not completed the necessary satisfactory trial prior to today's event. Acting under the provisions of R64(1) Stewards ordered Sudden Impact be disqualified from today's event due to being ineligible to compete in the event. In considering the disqualification of Sudden Impact, its actions during the event could not be considered for a breach of R69 Marring. Trainer David Plummer advised Stewards it was his intentions to retire the greyhound from racing. Nonetheless, Stewards advised Mr Plummer the greyhound would need to pass a satisfactory stewards trial prior to racing again. Stewards have referred the matter to the Deputy Chief Steward for review of penalty administration processes.

5 Mt. View Jacy – collided with another runner through the final turn and was severely checked.

6 Hostile Rage – Deviated its attention from the lure towards the dog running on the inside along the home straight, a veterinary examination found no abnormalities. Stewards charged the greyhound under rule 69(a) FTP First offence 28 days and will need to perform a satisfactory steward’s trial.

7 Boleyn Babe – collided with another runner through the final turn and was severely checked.

Race 2 - Chip Tyre Recyclers Novice 460m

1 Hurling – Checked on heels around the first turn. Fell heavily after the finishing line. A veterinary examination found a laceration above the left eye and stood down for 10 days

2 Gone On Tuesday – Entering the home turn shortened stride and appeared injured and was subsequently checked from behind exiting onto the home straight and lost considerable ground. A veterinary examination revealed an Offside front wrist sprain and stood down for 10 days.

4 Prince Brockie – Checked soon after the start. Checked off heels around the first turn.

5 Lights Out Benny - Checked soon after the start.

7 Sunburnt Diablo – Tight for racing room entering the first turn.

8 Mum's The One - Tight for racing room entering the first turn. Checked off heels exiting onto the home straight.

9 Slippery Duck (3) – Tight for racing room entering the first turn.

Race 3 - Terry Signs Mixed 4/5 460m

2 Deep Emotion – Checked and shifted wide entering the first turn.

3 Prince Cosmic - Checked and shifted wide entering the first turn.

6 New Wave – Slow to begin.

Race 4 - Endeavour Foundation Grade 5 (1) 460m

1 Inga April – Tight for racing room soon after the start. Shifted wide along the back straight forcing other runners wide around the home turn

3 Cambla Gem - Tight for racing room soon after the start.

5 Wildash Avatar – Forced wide around the home turn.

9 What A Circus (2) - Tight for racing room soon after the start.

Race 5 - East End Hotel Grade 5 (2) 460m

1 Pitch Black Gaga – Shifted wide around the home turn and checked on heels.

2 Belli Ultra – Checked on heels around the home turn.

3 Cambla Doll – Tight for racing room soon after the start and into the first turn.

5 Now Or Never - Tight for racing room soon after the start and into the first turn.

Race 6 - SKY Racing Grade 4 460m

1 Andrew's Shadow – Slow to begin. Exiting off the back straight and into the home turn appeared to shorten stride and began losing ground. Along the home straight dog was running with an abnormal stride and stumbled. A veterinary examination found an Offside torn back muscle and stood down for 42 days and will need to undergo and Injury trial prior to returning to racing.

4 Farmor Watch It – Checked on heels around the first turn.

5 Macdowell – Bumped other runners soon after the start.

6 Dinkydi Whispers – Checked soon after the start

7 Really Royal - Checked soon after the start

8 Savoir – Checked off heels around the first turn and lost ground. A veterinary examination found no abnormalities.

Race 7 - Uncle Rusty's Photos Mixed 4/5 550m

2 Slick Mac – Tight for racing room along the starting straight.

4 Barcia Bullet - Tight for racing room along the starting straight.

5 Gaerwen Bale – Bumped around the first turn.

6 Inciter - Bumped around the first turn. Began to lose ground along the back straight. A veterinary examination revealed an Offside pin muscle strain and stood down for 5 days.

8 Three Sore Feet - Bumped around the first turn.

Race 8 - Qld Bred 5th Grade Final Grade 5 460m

1 Casual Beach – Bumped around the first turn and along the home straight.

2 Off Break – Tight for racing room soon after the start. Checked on heels entering the first turn. Bumped around the first turn.

3 Wildash Trapper - Tight for racing room soon after the start. Checked off heels and lost footing entering the first turn.

4 Hooked On Xena - Tight for racing room soon after the start.

5 Cosmic Colin – Checked off heels entering the home turn. Bumped along the finish straight.

8 Cribb Island Gal – Checked on heels entering the home turn.

Race 9 - Bargara Bakery Grade 5 460m

1 Magic Sue – Checked entering the first turn.

2 Idle High – Checked entering the first turn. Checked off heels around the home turn.

4 Burrum Bobtail – Checked on heels around the home turn.

6 Wildash Dancer – Very slow to begin, missing the start by several lengths. Further investigation revealed the greyhound had turned in the boxes and charged under rule 52(1) and will need to perform a satisfactory steward’s trial.

7 Tink's Way – Upon exiting onto and along the home straight the greyhound deviated its attention from the lure towards another runner on the outside. A veterinary examination revealed an offside front wrist sprain and stood down for 10 days. Stewards charged the greyhound under rule 69(b) FTP Injury and will need to perform a satisfactory stewards trial.

8 Fifty Fathoms – Wide along the home straight.

Race 10 - TAB MA5 460m

1 Vaquero – Checked soon after the start and lost considerable ground as it entered the first turn. A veterinary examination found an offside wrist sprain & sub lumbar muscle strain and stood down for 10 days

3 Burrum Boy - Checked soon after the start

4 Queen Villa – checked off heels along the back straight.

5 Midnight Memphis – Checked heavily on heels along the back straight.
