General: Stewards scratched The greyhound Burn Out from race 9 following an investigation which revealed that the greyhound had not raced for 210 days (over 6 months) and had not performed a return to racing stewards trial, stewards were unsure how the nomination could have been accepted and scratched the greyhound, with stewards permission and no stand down penalty was imposed.  The greyhound then performed a satisfactory return to racing trial. This matter will be escalated with relevant department.

Race 1 – TAB MAIDEN 460m

2 Fernando Model – Slow to begin.

3 Vexing Victor – Checked and disadvantaged entering the turn off the front straight.

6 Craig's Cruisin' – Bumped in the front straight.

7 Sunset Woman – Shifted towards running rail and checked entering the turn off the front straight.  Bumped in the front straight.

Race 2 - SKY RACING NOVICE 460m

2 Lovely Result – Checked and propped off the hind quarters of another runner entering the turn off the back straight.  Deviated its attention from the lure and made heavy muzzle contact several times in the front straight.  A veterinary examination revealed  a neck strain and stood down for 10 days.  Stewards charged the greyhound with Marring 2^nd offence 28 days all tracks and a stewards trial GAR 127(b)

5 Apache Bear – Checked entering the turn off the front straight.  Tightened for racing room and bumped exiting the turn onto the front straight.

6 Militant Cloud – Checked entering the turn off the front straight.

7 Chase Me Candy – Checked entering the turn off the front straight.

8 Bay Rhodes - Tightened for racing room and bumped exiting the turn onto the front straight.

10 Wilby Royalty – Checked and dragged down entering the turn off the back straight.  Marred by another runner in the front straight.  A veterinary examination revealed shoulder bruising and stood down for 5 days.

Race 3 - EAST END HOTEL 0-4 WINS 550m

1 Double Tiara – Bumped shortly after the start.

2 Spitfire Speed – Bumped shortly after the start.

3 Foxy One – Checked in the front straight on the first occasion

6 Baronga Breeze – Slow to begin.  Checked in the front straight on the first occasion.  Checked across the heels of another runner and disadvantaged entering the turn off the back straight.  A veterinary examination revealed an offside pin muscle strain and stood down for 7 days.

7 We're Back Boys – Checked in the front straight on the first occasion.

Race 4 - BARGARA BAKERY FFA 550m

2 Three Sore Feet – Lost footing while exiting the boxes.

4 Wildash Trapper – Checked and shifted ground shortly after the start.

5 Mumma's Machine – Shifted wider exiting the turn onto the front straight.

7 Barcia Bullet – Forced wider exiting the turn onto the front straight.

8 Little Ripper – Shifted in towards running rail immediately after the start.

Race 5 - UNCLE RUSTY'S PHOTOS GRADE 5 (1) 460m

2 Compton Tess – Slow to begin. Tightened for racing room approaching the turn off the front straight.

4 Tough As Steel – Slow to begin.  Tightened for racing room approaching the turn off the front straight.  Checked across the heels of another runner and lost ground rounding the turn off the front straight.  A veterinary examination found a suspected offside carpal fracture and stood down for 42 days.  This will be referred to the racing injury review panel.

7 Queen Norma – Checked rounding the turn off the front straight.

8 Durham – Checked and momentarily knocked off balance entering the turn off the front straight.

Race 6 - TERRY SIGNS GRADE 5 (2) 460m

1 Dying Bryan – Checked entering the turn off the front straight.

2 Bold Character – Checked across the heels of another runner and disadvantaged approaching the exit onto the back straight.

4 Midnight Cambla – Checked and shifted wider, then checked another runner on the outside entering the turn off the front straight.

5 Winlock Bluey – Checked entering the turn off the front straight.

6 Signify – Slow to begin.

10 Double Steel – Slow to begin.

Race 7 - ENDEAVOUR FOUNDATION MIXED 4/5 460m

3 Johnny Dark – Tightened for racing room in the front straight.

4 Say Some Words – Checked off the heels of another runner and disadvantaged Approaching the turn off the back straight.

5 Throw Strikes – Checked shortly after the start.  Checked approaching the turn off the front straight. 

6 Koolboo Supreme – Checked shortly after the start.  Tightened for racing room in the front straight.

7 Garfunkel – Shifted in towards running rail immediately after the start.

9 Willem Powerfish – Slow to begin.  Checked approaching the turn off the front straight.  Shifted wider in the front straight.

Race 8 - QUEENSLAND BRED FINAL GRADE 5 460m

1 Zambora Chief – Checked approaching the turn off the front straight.

2 Not Allowed – Bumped shortly after the start.

3 Stand By Me – Bumped shortly after the start.  Shifted wider in the back straight.

4 Royal Tayla – Checked approaching the turn off the front straight. 

6 Travis's Lauryn – Tightened for racing room immediately after the start.  Checked rounding the turn off the front straight.

7 Pereira – Tightened for racing room immediately after the start. 

8 Boom One Down – Checked rounding the turn off the front straight.

Race 9 - SKY RACING BEST 8 460m

1 Viva Belle – Tightened for racing room rounding the turn off the front straight.

5 Fogelberg – Shifted wider in the front straight.

7 Roulette – Tightened for racing room rounding the turn off the front straight.

Race 10 – TAB 5PW 460m

2 Tiffany Twisted – Tightened for racing room and bumped other runners to varying degrees entering the turn off the front straight.

4 Mad Morgan – Slow to begin.  Checked shortly after the start.  Tightened for racing room and bumped other runners to varying degrees entering the turn off the front straight.

5 One Job – Slow to begin.  Checked shortly after the start.  Tightened for racing room and bumped other runners to varying degrees entering the turn off the front straight.

6 Weaver's Cut – Tightened for racing room and bumped other runners to varying degrees entering the turn off the front straight.

7 Disney Cool – Tightened for racing room and bumped other runners to varying degrees entering the turn off the front straight.  Shifted wider in the back straight.  raced wide in the front straight.

8 Amaranth Girl – Checked and disadvantaged rounding the turn off the front straight.  A veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
