Race 1 - SHERRIFF ELECTRICAL MAIDEN 460m

 

2. Sunday Chill – Lost footing on the second turn. Gave ground in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside carpal sprain, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days.

 

3. Goo Goo Doll – Faulted in its actions and gave ground and deviated its attention towards the runner on its outside entering the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a shoulder injury, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 21 days. Steward’s spoke to trainer Mr David Plummer regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 125 Fail to purse by reason of injury –21day stand down at Bundaberg and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

 

 

8.Granny’s Poor – Dragged down from behind and gave ground entering the second turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

 

 

Race 2 - SKY RACING NOVICE 460m

Race 3 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS MA5 460m

 

Signify – Following an incident in the catching pen. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a stopper pad laceration, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 5 days.

 

Race 4 - GLOBAL TURF GRADE 5 531m

 

3. Techno Terror – Checked and gave ground on the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside wrist sprain, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days.

 

6.Boom Boom Harley – Took an awkward stride in the back straight. Shortened stride and gave ground on the second turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside wrist sprain, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 5 days.

 

Race 5 - UNCLE RUSTY'S PHOTOS GRADE 5 (1) 460m

 

6. Bye Bye Taipan - Late scratching at 11:49am due to a weight variation pursuant to GAR 101(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Mr Gary Keep was fined $100.00 pursuant to GAR 101(3)(b).

7.Endless Dancing – Following an incident in the catching pen. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a nearside stopper laceration, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 5 days.

2. Buttercup Babe – Became unbalanced  and gave ground entering the second turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a nearside shoulder muscle strain, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days.

 

1. Champagne Talks – Checked and forced wider gave ground on the second turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside wrist sprain, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

 

7. Penny Daze – Checked and dragged down from behind on the second turn, faulted in its actions, and couldn’t take the turn properly entering the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed nearside and offside triceps muscle strains, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 5 days.
