General: During the course of the meeting the lure had jumped off the cable near the completion of the event several times, although the problem was easily rectified this could become a safety concern for the greyhounds and stewards have asked the club to find and repair the fault. |

2. Rattlin Grace – Checked shifted wider on the first turn. |
||
|
||
6. Cheeky Chan – Checked off the heels and faulted in its actions on the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. |

8. Canya Fly – Checked and fell heavily on the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed Bruising, with no stand down issued |

Race 2 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS MAIDEN (2) 460m |

||
3. Power Up Annie – Faulted in its actions and lost ground on the second turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Beaten Favourite. Stewards spoke to trainer Rusty Dillon regarding the greyhound’s performance, Mr Dillon stated; that it was the greyhounds first run on the track and felt that the greyhound was unsettled around the corner. Stewards noted the explanation.

4. Bella’s Delight – Slow to begin. Faulted in its actions shortly after the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside wrist injury, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days. |

6. Move Over Honey – Checked off the heels and gave ground in the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a triceps muscle injury, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days. |
||

7. Lennys Mate – Dragged down from behind in the back straight. |
||

||
8. Gardell – Checked entering the home straight. |
||
|

Race 3 - GLOBAL TURF NOVICE 315m |

||
· No matters of concern to stewards. |

Race 4 - CRAFT RENTALS MA5 460m |
||

||
7. Bailey – Became unbalanced and gave ground on the second turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Steward’s spoke to trainer N. Mulcahy regarding the greyhound’s performance. After considering all available evidence, stewards placed a warning for an Unsatisfactory performance against the greyhound. |

8. Queen Norma – Lost footing and became unbalanced entering the home straight and took no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a nearside hind leg injury, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 60 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next. This matter will be referred to the greyhound injury review panel. |

Race 5 - UNCLE RUSTY'S PHOTOS GRADE 5 460m |

|
||
· Prior to the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track entering the home straight and on the second turn. and were satisfied that it was satisfactory for racing. |
||
|
||
1. Case Dismissed – Checked off the heels of another runner and shifted wider and gave ground entering the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a spike wound; under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days. |
||
|
||
6. Ebony Bar Cool – Checked and fell heavily shortly after the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside wrist injury, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 21 days. |
||

|
||
1. Just Like Mick - Underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request and was found to have a toe injury. A 21 day stand down period was imposed. |

Race 7 - ISFAB GRADE 5 531m |

9. Canent Percy – Slow to begin. Gave ground on the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside hind toe laceration, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 21 days. |

Race 8 - BUNDABERG YOUNG GUNS FINAL OPEN 460m |

4. Endless Dancing – Severely checked and almost fell entering the first turn. losing considerable ground and sight of the lure, in the home straight the greyhound was a large distance behind the lure and was hampering the run of another injured runner. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an inner thigh muscle injury, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 5 days. Stewards spoke to trainer Ron Brook, regarding its performance in the home straight and although the greyhound had suffered significant disadvantages in the running of the event, Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory, acting in accordance with GAR 129, Endless Dancing must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.

5. Cardi Rocks - Late scratching on Sunday 3-12-2023 at 7:55pm pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to injury the greyhound has been stood down for 28 days and will need to perform a veterinary clearance trial before any future nominations will be accepted. |
