Race 1 – TAB MAIDEN (1) 315m

7. Baytown Slash – Checked and dragged down from behind losing footing on the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a laceration to nearside hind toe and nearside, offside hip muscle strain and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 5 days.

Race 2 - SKY RACING MAIDEN (2) 315m

· No matters of concern to stewards.

Race 3 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS GRADE 5 315m

· No matters of concern to stewards.

Race 4 - GLOBAL TURF MIXED 4/5 315m

6. Weary Driver – Faulted in its actions and gave ground shortly after the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed shoulder muscle injury and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 5 days.

Race 5 - BUNDABERG GRAND PRIX HEAT 1 OPEN 531m

7. Dodgy Mick – Late scratching at 10:57 pursuant to GAR 92(2) when the veterinary official found the greyhound to have nearside wrist sprain during kennelling. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

· No matters of concern to stewards.

Race 6 - BUNDABERG GRAND PRIX HEAT 2 OPEN 531m

· Prior to the running of this event, Stewards inspected the 531m boxes following the air compressor malfunctioning and temporarily repaired the boxes, this issue has been raised with the club for repairs.

4. Zipping Griswold – Checked rounding turn one, was disadvantaged and gave ground in the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed nearside and offside hip muscle strain and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 5 days.

Race 7 - CRAFT RENTALS GRADE 5 (1) 460m

· No matters of concern to stewards.

Race 8 - UNCLE RUSTY'S PHOTOS MIXED 4/5 460m

Tails Bale – Late scratching at 10:34 due to weight variation (GAR 101(1). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer, Narelle Mulcahy was fined $100 acting under GAR 101(3)(b)

7. Wild Oates – Tightened on the first turn and gave ground in the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed tendon and triceps muscle injury, and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

Race 9 - SHERRIFF ELECTRICAL GRADE 5 (2) 460m

5. Tikarni – Checked entering the first turned, tightened for racing room and lost footing. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

Race 10 - MUNN'S PLUMBING MA5 460m

· No matters of concern to stewards.
