General: |
· Following the 315m boxes malfunctioning the week prior a technician was Called to the track and inspected the 315m boxes and replaced a faulty ram piston on the boxes. Also, the other distances starting boxes (460m & 531m) were serviced and assessed. |
· Due to a power surge, there was no SKY TV coverage on the track or the stewards tower, starting signal times were given using the internet coverage & betting app timers. The club is rectifying this issue before the next race meeting. |

5.Aston Biden – lost footing on the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. |

7. Aussie Banter – Checked soon after the start. Faulted in its actions and gave ground on the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed offside back muscle strain under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 28 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next. |

8. Knopler – A post-race veterinary examination revealed offside wrist sprain & offside flexor tendon injury, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 28 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next. |

1. Faiza Bale - underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request and was found to have offside sprung toe. A 28 day stand down period was imposed and will need to perform a veterinary clearance trial prior to returning to racing

1. Tommy Tuna – Beaten favourite, Missed the jump, stayed wider entire event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. |

1. Easy As That – Checked off the heels, shifted wider and collided with other runners. |

5. Splittin’ Tens – Checked heavily on the first turn and gave ground entering the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed offside wrist sprain & offside sub lumbar muscle strain and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days. |
