LUSIMA was best to begin. GIVEAWAY LASS was slowly away. HEATHEN BRETT and I’M OUTTA HERE came together through the catching pen. ZAMBEZI GIRL and INDISPENSABLE were both checked entering the back straight. Both greyhounds raced wide losing significant ground. LUSIMA and INDISPENSABLE both made the home turn wide. GIVEAWAY LASS was wide for the majority.

PUNGUSHE began well. ZOEY’S FRIEND dwelt at the start. EBONY SPECIAL and ZOEY’S FRIEND were both severely checked leaving the catching pen. Through the back straight CALL ME CHARLES was checked off the heels of ZIPPING BUBBA. Approaching the top turn PUNGUSHE shifted in checking the running of LACHY KNOCKA. PUNGUSHE and CALL ME CHARLES were both wide approaching the home turn.

THANK YOU PADDY BAIRD 4/5^th GRADE 410M Following the running of this event Stewards advised Trainer Mr. J Thurlow that a warning would be placed on the greyhound IT”S HIS JOB which had proven difficult to box. JACOBITE PHANTOM was best to begin. STARZAR GOLD was slowly away. Through the catching pen KOSIE KASHKOW shifted out checking the running of BILLY KNOCKA. In the back straight SHEEZ FAB lost ground when tightened between runners. Approaching the home turn JACOBITE PHANTOM shifted out across the heels of LIBERTY LEGS. Both greyhounds were checked. JACOBITE PHANTOM raced wide as a result.

4.	THANK YOU MAL ULASKA 3/4^th GRADE 410M COSMIC FREEZE, CASH QUEEN and MALIAN REIGN all began well. ZIPPING CARLTON and HI HOMBRE both dwelt at the start. PHOTO BOOTH was checked entering the back straight. ZIPPING CARLTON and HI HOMBRE which were following were also inconvenienced. Through the back straight CASH QUEEN shifted in checking the running of COSMIC FREEZE which lost ground. Approaching the home turn COSMIC FREEZE shifted in tightening the running of ZIPPING CARLTON.

RQ YOUNG GUNS HEAT 1 410M

ATOMIC OPIE and BLUE BOY YOU both began well. Through the back straight BIG BAD BLOCKER shifted in checking the running of ATOMIC OPIE. Approaching the top turn BLUE BOY YOU shifted in inconveniencing the running of FARMOR BRING IT. On straightening ATOMIC OPIE shifted out across the heels of BIG BAD BLOCKER and in doing so forced MONOCHROME wide.

RQ YOUNG GUNS HEAT 2 410M

BELLA MARLO was best to begin. Soon after the start RAISE ‘EM UP lost ground when tightened between runners. Entering the back straight BRUTON MISS and SHINEY THINGS bumped. Both greyhounds became unbalanced. Approaching the top turn RHONDA’S DYNO shifted out onto the running of RAISE ‘EM UP. Both greyhounds were severely checked losing significant ground.

7.	RQ YOUNG GUNS HEAT 3 410M SPUDNUT and TAE RAE both began well. KERRIE’S A MINX was slowly into stride. Leaving the catching pen SPUDNUT shifted out checking the running of TAE RAE. ZIPPER IT MACCA, KERRIE’S A MINX and FAWN DRAGON which following were also checked. Approaching the top turn ZIPPER IT MACCA and KERRIE’S A MINX were both checked.

8.	THANK YOU BANJO BEST 8 410M FROM THE TAP and SHAKE YOUR BOOTY were both slowly away. Leaving the catching pen SMILES ALOT was checked when tightened between runners. BANDALORE and SELFIE which were following were also checked. All 3 greyhounds lost significant ground. Approaching the top turn SELFIE shifted in checking the running of SMILES ALOT. Through the top turn FROM THE TAP was checked off the heels of WESTOVER. SMILES ALOT was wide at the home turn. The greyhound SMILES ALOT was vetted post race and no abnormalities were detected.
